If Murray Walker can't commentate for F1, why isn't he doing this instead? Think about it - he won't need to really travel as far, and his voice would provide the icing on the cake!
I've been thinking this for a while, even if he commontated vis a studio as his commontary (Muraay-isms included) is abso..loutely faaaaaantastic as the great man himself would probably put it
cool! i didn't know BTCC was that exciting... If feeling very sorry not to be able to see this on my country... this, dtm, wtcc, v8 supercars are great!!!
This is how motor racing for touring cars should be. No damn rear wings with massive downforce and stupid side pods to allow the bigger wheels. The BTCC lost the plot after then 2000 series. V8 Supercars in Australia (where I am) is the most irrelevant racing series in Australia. Let's get back to basics please, or at least give us more of the GT4 and GT3 cars. They are at least good to watch
I think it all fucked up when they started mucking around with sequential gearboxes, as the drivers no longer had to dance on the pedals; no longer would you get a car drop back a position or two because of a missed gearchange. Bring back manual gearboxes, and create a class for turbocharged cars (very late 80's, I know =D).
ill bet "health and safety man" wont let you kerb hop dingle dell @ 130 any more too... :( We should all get together and buy a field/build a track etc... lol
