Accepting the decree of Allah is one of the hardest thing to do at Times. Going through cancer is devastating but in shaykhs case. This is where a mother saw the mercy and blessing of Islam. Where her son accepts the decree of his illness and continues the battle - So it was a thing that brought her closer to Islam. We may dislike something but it was good for us… From a mothers perspective I can completely understand. What a sakeenag it is to have a son who is stable and shows patience in time of adversity and then Allah bringing peace to his heart by giving his mother t her gift of Islam and taking the father. Amazing. Allah is the best of planner. Our heart aches not seeing our family on deen or not accepting deen and yet we trust Allah just like Nuh did when his son didn’t obeyed Allah. Allah knows best whose befitting for his deen and who is not. May Allah guide our children and make them coolness of our eyes Ameen. May Allah bless shaykh and his family and his dear mother. Ameen
Then after two years of not being accepted bco she is *not* Pakistani, Arab, African, Salafi, Sufi, or any other funky group. She decided to stay Muslim, but just do her own thing.
