Personally can't wait until the experimental renderers go out of their experimental stage. The Vulkan renderer especially has removed pretty much all latency and microstutter issues for me (though there are other bugs, as to be expected). Great work from the devs.
lazer is the new stable, it's already confirmed peppy will remove stable slowly as an option because like someone said here already lazer will eventually replace stable as the only version of osu
there are 3 types of display mode windowed, borderless, fullscreen. borderless works well in opengl or vulkan, gpu nowadays kinda good at processing opengl specially nvda, however when switch to directx for no gpu-user selected borderless it does exactly same as windowed in windows os so that everything back to vsync framerate, x4 or higher backfired in my system it increased input latency and made me spin less rpm than x2, idk if raw input does affect the cursor but try switching between option which one is feel better
