To be honest, this is unfair for BTR because One Direction got more fame than them. BTR helped to promote them. I am feeling so sorry for them till now.
Even everyone is comapring them to 1D I think there's nothing to say here, they're just as good and they're both great and amazing singers, and I see they have a completely different style is pointless make any comparisons :D
It makes me so sad that so many people still talk about One Direction, but I don’t remember the last time I heard anyone say anything about Big Time Rush. And don’t get me wrong- I absolutely LOVE both groups, it’s just kind of sad to think about.

I heard that the fans would be outside the venue screaming one direction songs instead of BTR. They would leave after one direction performed. Poor BTR, they were like sad

To be honest I’ve never realllyy heard of btr when I was young I didn’t even know that they knew each other when someone say big time rush I always thinks about the show even tho I didn’t watched it but now I see how cool and kind those guys are (btr) and I wish I’ve knew them before but I don’t regret my childhood bc I was a directioner and it was the best time of my life I love 1D so much and right now I can’t wait to see them comeback bc I’ve never been on a 1D concert bc I was 5 when they formed in 2010 that was my story if you read all this comment thank you ly ❤️

they didn't get out boyband on there own tour you buy tour tickets to see the headliner and they were only there what 2 weeks and it was a sold out arena tour.... now just pause and think about it #rusher/directioner
I was thinking about how one direction opened for BTR and then 5sos opened for 1D and now 2 of those three bands are gone and 5sos is still making music It makes me feel old

Calm down it was Big Time Rushs First time meeting One Direction so they just assumed all 5 boys were British. Obviously , Niall at some point on tour told them hes Irish. I watch a BTR interview and they all had great things to say about Niall :)
