@2:50 ah did you guys notice burning bicycle is the same scene with the “Lost River” film by Ryan Gosling. “Lost River” word on the door behind Jungkook too. Bike that burned in FIlm and MV FIRE is a symbol of a dangerous world. And the dangerous world means in FIRE MV is that the world is full of tests. That’s why lyrics in that scene says “Just live how you want, Your life is yours, Don’t try so hard, It’s alright to lose...” so basically just burn it up, live your life regardless of what anyone says!

I’m a BTS stan, but not a KPop fan. Tried to get into the other groups, but BTS is on another level and an anomaly. Also the KPop industry did BTS real dirty and they were screwed over allot when they started out because they were from a small company and not a part of the “big 3”, so I don’t see BTS as KPop in the traditional sense. I really respect BTS for pushing through to become the biggest group in the entire world at the moment!

I'm no KPOP fan, but these guys seem pretty cool.

Yay for more BTS! Fire is such a fun mv! When my friend was introducing me to BTS, she started me off with their performance of this song at a music award show in South Korea (can't remember which one) but it was amazing!

It really warms my heart to see how you guys have genuinely come to like bts. Thank you for being so open minded and seeing past the sparkly, shallow pop that so many people assume that bts is. That's not to say that bts ONLY ever creates deep songs with multilayered hidden meanings, but they never write songs with the intention of just trying to get a hit. They put a lot of thought into their lyrics and concepts, which makes them stand out from the rest. I look forward to more bts reactions! I recommend Baepsae (silver spoon) and then follow that with the explanation video. 💜

BTS is a kpop group but not all kpop groups are BTS. They're clearly above the whole industry. They have superior rappers, vocals, lyrics, dance routines and mostly they're funny, charismatic, genuine and humble.

I love the mix tape analogy. Did you notice on the walkman Suga holds in his hand at the beginning it said "Burn It". He presses the button as he shakes the guys hand who promptly bursts into flames. Your analogy fitted perfectly with this!

Wow another BTS video in one month! I think songs like Fire is really BTS's sound. Even though they have a lot of different sounds, if you listen to their songs similar to Fire such as Rise Of Bangtan, Baepsae, Jump, Dionysus, Boys with Fun etc to me this is this is probably what their 'sound' is. Loud bombastic energy and pop-hip hop blend :) Also I feel like they have old school influences. Another thing I love about this song is you can start sing it whenever there's fire hahah it's fire's theme song.

Actually, they rarely use editing for their music videos. A lot of their scenes are real. That man was actually on fire, the bike was actually on fire, the car actually fell, the building actually exploded. BTS said no to green screen 😭

Their performance of Fire at MAMA 2016 is the best.

Fun fact: the first year BTS was invited to attend the BMAs, this song was used aaaaall throughout the red carpet pre-show to cut to commercial, to come back, to show montages, etc. Like they never mentioned that it was BTS, and they used an instrumental version, but yeah.

They are conquering u.s. awards shows, they beat out some big names in main categories most recently winning top duo/group at billboard & they've got awards from all the major awards shows except grammy. They got a Grammy nom for packaging, but we are hoping they get a music nom this year I think that would be the Pinnacle. By the way their most recent album is almost at 4mil copies sold. Sorry this was so long I start talking BTS achievements & can't stop😅

loved the reaction!! please react to BTS Contribution to Music by XCeleste just a fyi whatever rules you think bts have because theyre "kpop" forget all of that because many of the rules some groups have bts dont have nor follow them if they did have them. please remember kpop is not a genre of music its a industry. its popular music sung in korean. BTS do ALL genres of music. rules are not a one size fits all. some companys/labels are more strict than others. bts drink whenever they feel like it theyve done so on camera while live streaming, they can date if they want to but say they want to focus on their careers, if theyre uncomfortable with something or want to do something they either ask or do it example changing hair colors if they dont want to they say it. idk about other groups but i know bts dont have that many rules at least now besides the normal this is your job type of rules like be professional/serious when need be etc. also BTS are very different from other groups otherwise all groups would be mainstream. this probably didnt need a long explanation but im very tired of other people being ignorant (not you guys in particular) watching a documentary or conspiracy video on kpop and applying that to everyone in the industry.

This song is more like enjoy ur youth, but I think it can apply to grown people as well. Stop comparing yourself with others, live ur life as u like, enjoy life. I like ur comment about them playing the music at the beginning and then all that expanding to more people like in the end, which also applies to the meaning of the song. If you pay attention to Jin's verse, he particulary is calling all the underdogs or people suffering to start enjoying life. You can pick the meaning easily in these lines: "Live as you like, it’s your life anyway " "Stop trying, it’s OK to lose" "(Fire) Those who are scared, come here (Fire) Those who are agonized, come here (Fire) with your fists up, all night long (Fire) with your marching footsteps (Fire) run and go crazy"

why does that relate to fire? cos fire is like a symbol of being free... being wild... exploding... if you are gonna be constantly self-conscious of other people who try to dim your light as a person, you will never be lit enough. you'll lose that passion to be the best that you can be. and vice versa. if you keep shading, then you ain't lighting. 💜
