Love this song, it's a really emotional song, they write this song when they thought about seriously disbanding back in 2018 because the sudden rise of attention from the US was immense and overwhelming. They mentioned that when they let the other members listen to it for the first time they all cried together 🥴😩

I have been blessed to see Outro: Tear live twice. Jaw on the floor both times. Soul-shaken both times. j-hope on that closing verse?? In that custom Dior harness??? CHILLS. They work so well as a unit too. Like they're all so strong individually but together, they're untouchable. They have great chemistry and teamwork and they're alike enough to be compatible but different enough to be really really interesting. Kings.

Trust me on this 😅 Their award show performances are LEGENDARY and I think you would enjoy them more when you know more of their songs and seen performances of them. This is the full power of the rapline. In full swag custom Dior they look and are immaculate strong state presence. Suga wrote this when the members were talking about disbanding the song reduced them to tears and Rm and Jhope added their verses to it but the song had got deep emotions for the guys and Army.
their award shows are epic live - but especially with the 2019, because they incorporate a lot of song pieces into the story - you should really know more of their discography to fully appreciate it. enjoying your journey so far and YES BTS live hit on a different level and in many cases are better than the MV's.

I (49 years old) saw them in LA Dec 1st last year at SoFi stadium with my 18 year old kid & a 77 year old friend that I met in the comment section of a BTS reaction video on youtube lol. All ages, races, genders were there & it was absolutely the best concert/concert experience I've ever been to. 💜🙂

Their rap line don't play!:) These 3 gents here - RM, SUGA, JHope - have the most songwriter/producer/composer creds (over 130+ songs/ea), among all the members (BTS started out as a rap crew very early on; 2 of these members were underground rappers). Right now, BTS is taking a break from their group performances to work on solo projects, but always come to center, under the BTS umbrella (they're currently filming/promoting for their variety shows, documentaries, etc., too). When SUGA wrote Outro: Tear, it was when the group was thinking about disbanding, so you can see the emotion that went into it. But they pulled it together, won all sorts of awards afterwards and never looked back. They are like brothers to each other, a tight knit crew, humble and appreciative of what they've got and created together. That's why their fans/ARMY get worked up when media try to put BTS under the same category as a typical "boy band", "breaking up" because of ego trips, when all they said they're doing is taking a break (only the 3rd break in over 9 years). Anyway, JHope, the last member (also the dance leader of BTS) that came in for the kill in this set, recently dropped a single that's trending, "MORE". He'll be releasing his album in a few days and will be headlining @ Lollapalooza Chicago this month (first S. Korean in history of Lolla).

BTS have some of the best B side tracks ever (not main single releases). Check these out so you can really get to know how great and unique this group really are. Try a couple of their older tracks WE ON and LOOK HERE. They were still killing it back in the day! Slightly later tracks are HOME, LOVE MAZE and MOVING ON. These have such great vibes, you will love them. 💜

BTS concerts completely spoiled any other concerts for me. It's hard to explain without being there. Their 2020 world tour would've been my 5th consecutive year seeing them LIVE in concert, but Covid happened. 😭

This is one of my ultimate fave songs, and it's so emotional.. You can really hear the anger/frustration and pain, especially in JHope's verse... Oh man... 💔 They each describe their thoughts/feelings on the group breaking up..

Check on cypher 1-4 series n Ddaeng, better if you can react those songs in live performances. For this song Outro: Tear, They approach it with different kind of meaning. RM Tear = when you cried and the tear came out of your eyes that his felt when they wrote this song. Suga Tear = as a paper been tear or torn up because of his feeling when they wrote this song too. and Jhope more like Fear when he is afraid if they been parted or separated. I saw this performed live a few times and I promise you itw as mind blowing....and the meaning of the song is very deep. Suga wrote this song during a period of time where they contemplated breaking up and this is a song for the members. It's very emotional. And superb.
I love your enthusiastic reactions! One of the best parts of BTS is the mixture of rappers and singers (all of whom are amazing dancers, though Jimin and J-Hope are the standouts) and most of their songs contain both rap and melody. All 7 members have such unique voices and all are impressive in their own way. Top MVs to watch that give you a flavor for the great variety are Mic Drop, Dope, Black Swan, Blood Sweat and Tears, Spring Day, Girl with Luv, Idol, and Save Me. So many good live performances and award show performances (2018 and 2019 MAMAs!). Some of my favorites with just lyric/live videos are 0:00 O'Clock, Louder than Bombs, Pied Piper, Go Go, Anpanman, Lie, Am I Wrong, Silver Spoon (aka Bapsae), House of Cards, The Truth Untold. Singularity (V), Daechita (Suga/AgustD), and Serendipity (Jimin) are incredible solos. Big Hit from day one encouraged the members to write their own songs and lyrics to represent their life experiences, which is quite different from boys bands in the US. Once you become totally addicted, you can also catch episodes of their variety show called Run BTS on vlive - they are hilarious. And then there's the BTS Universe story ...
