To be a leader, you can’t get into your feelings and emotions because you have to be the rock of the group. When others are fighting you can’t be biased just like normal humans are, you have to be stern and fair. And others lean on you. Apart from the talent that BTS has, RM is a massive factor in why they are so successful TOGETHER and will continue to be.
