I’m 38 and decided to click there Butter video when I saw that it was trending on RU-vid and I have been hooked since there’s literally no other music act doing it like they are right now and they are truly kind gentleman I am so so super impressed by them!
No wasted songs with this group. All their stuff is amazing! “Hip Hop Lover” and “Come Back Home” are a must listen. I’m 65 and they got me into rap🤷♀️ They are so creative and unique! So glad I saw them on the AMA’s in 2017. Been a huge fan ever since.
I never appreciated rap before I started listening to BTS rap line. I'm 40 and I've heard alot of music. I'm so happy my 13 year old daughter introduced me to BTS.
I just binge watched all of your reaction videos about BTS and Yes you're one of the few people I saw being able to point every time when there is something special about a member of the group or a particularity of a rap or song, like when on the outro video you talked about the fact that J-Hope is the rapper that harmonize with the melody ! it's insane that you could figure it out so quiclky when you don't even know them for long !!! Great reaction. I'm 55 and my daugther introduced me to BTS 4 years ago. These talented young men blew my mind, I never experienced anything like them. Their lyrics, messege, vocals, dance.... They are above & beyond . We went to their concert un Brazil & it was surreal, astonishing. Best concert ever (and I saw live: Madonna, Sting, Elton, Rod Stewart, Aerosmith, Lady Gaga....etc) but the Energy and atmosphere they create Is amazing and unique. When RM mentions Giving up on 3? giving up on 5? he is referencing a Korean saying amongst millennials where they have given up some things in life because of the societal expectations and high cost of living expenses. Given up on 3 is dating, marriage and childbirth. Giving up on 5 adds human relationships and housing. Giving up on 6 and 7 adds dreams and hope. You should keep this in mind because if you react to Baepsae (silver spoon) it will be mentioned again.
It's 2015, so they were still a very poor company which worked with a limited budget. So they had to get creative with every little detail. And by the way, there is clever social commentary in the lyrics. 💜💜💜

This is the song that first introduce me to BTS. When the song came out back then in 2016, I was struggling doing my training as a Junior doctor and I was so depressed and nearly give up that time. However I somehow stumbled upon this video and the message of this song speaks to me. And as one of the members here wear a doctor attire in this MV and telling us to work harder and still be Dope, I relate to this so much it pushes me through one of the toughest moment in my life. Fast forward to present day, now I'm a practicing doctor in Emergency Medicine living my best life as a doctor and a BTS fan since then...most people relate to BTS song and that's why they're popular and have a lot of fans because their musics giving us inspiration, healing, comfort and entertainment. I'm proud to say I'm a BTS fan for life.
Just to clarify, Save Me is one shot, but not one take. One take means only filming once and that's what you get. One shot means you can film it over and over till you're happy with the outcome, but each time it's filmed in entirety with no cuts.
Its made to look like a one-shot video but it isn't. Save Me is! And it's so good. If you watch that one, you should do the making of too. (Bangtan subs has the making of Save Me with English subs)

These guys are so talented, that they're incomparable... I have never seen such a group in my lifetime that are highly talented, incredible, and amazing performers LIVE... I mean, if u get to see them perform (sing, rap, dance) live, and I mean live live with all those hard choreographies and still being stable vocally and deliver, which makes them more amazing... I tell u, I have been fangirling back in the days with the backstreet boys and nsync, but BTS is way way higher than those groups... Aside from them making their own music (composing and producing), I have never seen such artists who are as talented af... And so hardworking and still humble since they debuted in 2013 and up till now... That's why army's love them so much... i hope u can check their live performances for the songs that u have already reacted... It is so much fun to see you surprised and excited as you watch! The shoot for this MV was actually long and grueling, as most are. If you're curious, all of their MVs have a behind the scenes MV shooting episode on the BangtanTV channel. In this one, at one point V says they had 33 seconds of final footage after 15 hours of filming. Talk about exhausting for everyone on set! They really aim to entertain you. And your 3 rappers are right there with them. Talk about all for 1 and 1 for all. But this involvement in these types of BTS projects, is why the rappers received so much heat from their former friends still involved in the underground hip hop scene. The message is that they also work as harder as other professionals like they show in the video.They have many songs for haters as they experienced much hate because they were doing amazing despite from a smaller company. BTS is known for their versatility, deeper meaningful lyrics, amazing choreography, amazing production (minimal usage of green screen), live performance with the same choreography while singing maintaining the notes mostly without backup track and all members involvement in making a song/album. They are also good writers, composers and producers. They literally live together and work day/night for their work. The dedication is unmatchable. i think after fire and outro tear live you should check out solo work of agust d he has some very good songs a must-see would be 'daechwita' and 'agust d' he also has songs that are full of social commentary if u wanna check them out, this ones on capitalism 'strange ft RM' and i 100% recommend u check out 'the last' by him he talk about his depression and struggle with fame it was really heartfelt, RM also has good solo work he has a mixtape called MONO, its really chill and just calm rap and vibes

All 7 of them are insanely hard working, and they're actually humble human beings (at least from what is shown of them on camera). They really struggled financially when they started off and got some awful treatment for being poor and for coming from a tiny agency (e.g. had to practice in front of the washroom while all the other artists were given separate waiting rooms), although they probably don't have worries about money nowadays. Also, their music is so dynamic, you might be surprised to hear their other songs (they have really bubbly, happy songs too). I'm sure you know they rap (the three rappers of BTS being RM, Jhope, and Suga), but the vocalists are also amazing. Jungkook (aka, JK), is their main vocalist (the guy in the police outfit) and he's amazing. V, Jimin and Jin are the lead vocalists and they're also good. For BTS, I love how they don't have that one main dude and other guys just standing there, cuz their popularities are pretty evenly distributed, although the three youngest, (Jimin, V and Jungkook) have the most individual fans.
Watch both Danger MV and Danger dance practice video. With dance practice you will be able to see the whole dance and appreciate the choreography more. Same with their other songs like No More Dream MV (their debut song) Bulleftproof Pt2, Attack on Bangtan, For You official dance MV (a Japanese song) NO, War of Hormones, Idol, Mic Drop and a lot more.
Before I recommend some BTS contents that you should check out, I want to say that I really appreciate how you considered checking out BTS. You are one of those few reactors that I like for being genuine. And I am impressed with how you were able to notice things that most of first time reactors did not, maybe it's because of your background with making music. It's actually good that you started with the cyphers since you are into rap. I won't recommend you to start knowing each member and their history just like what most of my co-armys always tell to first time reactors. Just go on with your reactions without minding where you should really start. Do it with your own pace and don't be pressured, coz i know you will eventually get to that part. Getting to know BTS is actually a looooong journey but it will be worth the ride. Just a little advice, after watching the official MVs and lyric videos of their songs, check out the live for a better experience. I love this song so much i cosplayed as Jimin from this MV and did the Dope dance at a local comic con near me and i had fun. Also i love how Jimin and Jungkook bounced of eachother, with their voices. Jimin in this MV is why i love a man in uniform, i love Jimins voice and i also love his highnotes aswell but his character is the one i love, this is partly the reason Jimin is my ultimate kpop bias. And it's not easy to make a top 5 for BTS songs, let me tell you that. I also saw another comment recommending Agust D with Daechwita. I second that. I honestly didn't like rap at all, but 'Daechwita' blew my mind. I started appreciating rap after it. 'Agust D' and 'The Last' are also great songs of his. 'The Last' is heavy. I cried when I first heard that one and it still brings tears to my eyes. Suga's solo 'Interlude: Shadow' is also a must watch/listen. Very underappreciated in my opinion.

I totally agree their choreography is no joke. It was once mentioned that BTS choreography has the most complex ones and they have mastered the fast-n-slow steps. The way they dances, they makes it look simple and fun but for sure it took a lot of practice to perfect it. And to think not all of them are dancers and they all look great dancing it.

Dope was my very first bts music video 3 years ago when my sister sent it to me one evening and then I went all out with all their MV I didn’t even sleep for a few days!! I was so blown away by them and was upset that I wasn’t introduced to them sooner!
