Jungkook’s intro verse is giving me bruno mars or Michael Jackson vibes!!. His raspy vocals were insane and clear. He was completely feeling himself rocking that retro concept🔥. Letting him start off the song was such a smart move, it will get you hooked up instantly. His pronunciation was also so good almost like a native speaker. His high note and his adlibs towards the end are spot on. He really deserves his main singer position🔥👌. He might be the youngest, but he is so incredibly multitalented☺️.

Now you feel what we feel whenever we listen to their song but it's in Korean 😂. We got used to it, we def enjoy it but yeah it's different when you actually understand what you're listening to without subtitles. But I guess music is all about connection, what you feel and if touches you and BTS did that.

I literally feel so lucky as a korean but can speak English too. I am the most luckiest person in the world. I can understand this song but also understand korean in their live. 이 곡은 10월 정식 앨범 준비 중에 듣게 된 곡이며 현 전 세계 코로나 상황에 많은 사람들에게 힘을 주기에 좋을 것 같아서 한마디로 이벤트로 준비한 곡입니다. 데모곡을 받고 듣다가 그 데모 가사가 너무 좋고 잘 어울리는 것 같아서 그대로 사용하기로 했다고 했어요. 디스코풍이라 저는 아주 잘 어울리는 것 같아 재밌게 듣고 있네요. 갑자기 준비한 곡이라 춤도 급하게 배우고 촬영한 거죠.

Why aren't you seem interested just bcz it's an English song?? When we International fans can do such an effort to understand all Korean lyrics you seem disappointed just by an English Single song by them!! Strange! Also subs r always there, u cud hv switched on the subs! They said this is going to be an all English song from before only. They won't make a whole album in full English anytime but single song yes. Sometimes it just hurts to see how SK is not much inclusive of other Languages Cultures etc. They paid tribute to Legends like The Beatles & Michael Jackson through this song & bringing the Retro 80s vibe. Felt sad!
That is ridiculous. They just males in 30's or 40's , not that used to recent news, so didn't know it would be English song. One of them also said "I am not confident with English though." So they just astonished, and not disappointed or not interested. If you have your uncle or grandfather who don't used to listen K-pop song, and if you let them hear Korean only song, do you think they would react differently? They just surprised but enjoyed the rhythm, dance, and their look.
And if Koreans don't enjoy English lyrics, then why Koreans enjoy listening to POP or Hip hop musics which have not even one Korean word in, and why most K-pop songs have English lyrics while Pop songs don't have Korean lyrics at all. Also you guys logic is wrong. BTS or Koreans didn't ask for foreign fans to listen BTS's song or other K-pop songs, but foreign fans voluntarily enjoyed and were curious to know what the lyrics mean. But Korean don't ask or demand Pop song or other language song to be translated to Korean. Have you ever seen in the comment section of pop MV that any Koreans ask like "Korean Please~" . You haven't and won't. Koreans also do enjoy other language music. You need to grow up, so childish. And you should be thankful that i'm writing this in English.

This may sound a bit harsh, but you have to understand that BTS is now GLOBAL and the lengua franca (of both commerce and entertainment) is ENGLISH. That is just the reality, nothing wrong with asking for a Korean version but if the I-ARMY managed to study and learn Korean to fully understand the meaning of a song, it is not going to hurt YOU to learn English (even if just for this song), and this is coming from somebody who is not a native English speaker. If learning English fails, you can always dance to it, it is super catchy and poppy.

Why does it look like you're disappointed just because it is in English?I mean we international fans struggle to understand korean leaving us clueless of what bts is saying but we still appreciate it,I know bts is the pride of your country and them singing a song in English is a cultural reset,you should've turned the korean subs,but don't worry bts korean comeback will be on October so be prepared it will shake korea as much as dynamite did:))
was excited to see but i get disappointed in return when their face went crestfallen, majority of fans are coming from intl fans, bts wont be going anywhere w/o intl fans, i mean not all korean are a fan of bts thats where intl fans came over, one eng song and theyre already disappointed?? intl fans had to struggle for every single thing bc we arent master of korean language, but at least try to open cc, bighit always provide it for you to read while enjoying the songs
