You're dope! Thank you for that! Well it started with just my sister and I, we were doing different funny challenges and random motivational videos. However it was not picking up and we didn't want to continue to do videos that has been done over and over again. You the videos where you know what is going to happen, how to play the game, how many questions there are etc etc It was getting boring so we stop uploading. Well one day my sister and I have been Kpop fans since the early 2000s and were listening to some Kpop songs. We thought it would be fun to do our reactions, considering what goofs we are and what we were going through we figured it would make people laugh, it would makes us laugh and forget our troubles even for those few minutes. I'll probably say about early of last year I introduced Kpop to our cousin, the baby beyah and she fell in love. She is a goof too so we added her in. Sorry for the long boring story lol But I edit the videos so I used iMovie to edit and I'll be happy to give you tips: 1. Put Your Title to what you are reacting to and/or the title from the video you are reacting to - If there is a really popular BTS video we are reacting to, then the people who have watched that video will wonder how the reaction is. 2. Tags - In the tags I put in every keyword I can think of that is connected to that person, group, performance, event, crack video, the members name, their agency etc For example for BTS I put things, like...BTS, Bangtan Boys, MBC Music Festival 2016, Jin, Jimin, JHope, Rap Monster, Suga, JungKook, V or Tae-hyung, Big Hit Entertainment, BTS sexy moments, Kpop music, kpop reactions etc etc.....See where I am going? 3. Don't Hold Back - In our reactions videos, we don't hold back. If the way Jimin sing into his microphone makes us crazy, then we will show it. Now we aren't those fans who will go to the extreme and pull our hair or become obsessed lol but we will show our responses. You may have some people who will will say like.."oh how old is she to be acting that way?" Ignore that because it is not them you are doing the video! So be you, show how you really feel and have fun! 4. Social Media - Use the social media platforms you have and share each video you have. We have to get better at it. It's hard keep up with you guys and the request so I am always editing, shooting, designing, but that will help as well. 5. Consistency - Be consistent with your videos. If you have a set time or day that you post, keep that going. If the initial goal for the channel to be about Kpop reactions only, keep it that way. We don't have a set time because DeeDee beyah and Shay beyah have school and we put school first. When they have time to film, then we load up on as many videos as we can and then I upload as much as I can. 6. Connection - In every video, I suggest you give your viewers the link to your previous video. It will keep them interested and want to make sure they have watched all your videos to keep themselves caught up! Also you can give a shout out to the person or people who makes the videos you are reacting to. It will give them the chance to reach out and possibly share your video because you took the time to watch and react to theirs. Also you can put the name of the person the video came from in your tags just like back up in number 2. 7. Relevancy & time consideration - Keep your after video responses relevant. If you are reacting to EXO, keep the topic on them or anything related to them. That goes for anyone else. No one wants to bore the viewer. Now in a little workshop I went through for RU-vid, I learned to keep the length of the video at a reasonable time frame. About 2 or 3 of our videos were over 10 mins and I was not happy about that, but we try our hardest to keep it under that. Now you can do what you wish to, but that helps as well. 8. Appreciation - Always give thanks and show appreciation to your viewers and subscribers. Also try to keep communication going with them as much as you can. It will show them that you are appreciative and it will show you that they don't mind watching your videos because of that. For example, parents doesn't mind giving their child gifts here and there because they do their chores, respect them, have good grades. That child shows them that they are a good kid. Am I making sense? Remind them to Like, Comment, Subscribe and share your video. It can create a domino effect. Now our little special tip is this....we are Christians so we keep God first and pray. That's just our thing! THAT IT TOTALLY OPTIONAL! lol I am sorry for the long explanation but I hope this helps, it has helped us. I mean from 9 subscribers to over 500 in about 4 weeks is crazy and dope! lol Let us know if you need any more help! ~ KiKi
