💜 Attack on Bangtan, was inspired by the hit anime Attack on Titan. Attack on Titan is about a world where humanity lives in fear of giant man-eating humanoids known as “Titans”. The literal translation of its original title would be Advancing Titan. The Rise of Bangtan, which is widely used as an alternative title, would therefore actually make more sense. The song is basically about what would happen if BTS became famous and ruled the K-pop world. It's a fun song and I think it's so typical of BTS, they know how to use humour. It really was bold and brave of them to release this song just a few months after their debut in 2013. They are now one of the world's biggest bands but they were far from it at the time.
💜 "Boy In Luv" is an adrenaline-fuelled ride as wild as falling in love for the first time. “Why are you shaking up my heart?” V asks persistently in the growl, fierce but underpinned by a youthful vulnerability. The Korean title for "Boy In Luv" is Sang Nam Ja 상남자, which translates to manly men or alpha males. Sang nam ja is a man who is extremely masculine in the conventional sense. A real manly man.

💜 My goal is to deliver English subtitles that are correctly translated, and easy to read and understand, whilst not being an element that disturbs or irritates you.
But I cannot make the rapper's rap slowly ;)
💜 Regardless of the translation source for the subtitle, I also search for information about the meaning of the song and the lyrics. I fix errors, sync the subtitles to the video and replace words or sentences that need a better translation to make it easier to understand and/or follow the subtitles.
💜 I work on creating subtitles for BTS videos so that we can understand the songs better, as the lyrics are a big part of BTS music.
