This is one of my favourite song. I’m not usually into EDM but the bass of this song hits soooo low, and the top line melody is just beautiful. With really meaningful lyrics, it’s in my top 10 all time faves. Yoongi’s part about not comparing yourself to others hits so hard too. “Greed becomes my shackle and leash”, what a great quote. We all need to let go a little and be kinder to ourselves

You now need to watch the Magic Shop skit they did in the 5th Muster. Jimin is the flirty shopkeeper and Jungkook is his sad and lost customer. Jimin tries to help by sending him to see each member who have their own solutions but none of them work. Then they bring in the shoes he wore when he first started in BTS and they bring him the solace he needs. I’ve failed to find it on any channel but you can purchase it from the Weverse Shop. I think it costs under $20 and is so worth it as the whole muster is a delight.

This song is so important and meaningful to the fandom I almost want people to wait till they really “get” the magic of BTS to see what a special song it is. A song written for Army and the amount of lives it’s comforted and it’s whole message makes me just tear up. The idea of them saying “you made us (BTS) the best of us now take that energy give yourself that same love so show us” and the audience “I’ll show you” guts me in the best way. Even just a few days ago V was a guest DJ on a radio show and Army was mobbing it outside the studio and his last song he played was Magic Shop and he was in the window singing this (you could only see him mounting the words) but the call and response was still emotional. And I think we all really really want to go to a live concert Sigh. The hunger games to get tickets and how they aren’t doing any tours/shows anytime soon (except Busan in Oct) guess we gotta be patient. May everyone have a cup of tea and relax in the meantime.

My ultimate comfort song. I don’t know how many times I cried to this song. I put this on every time i feel anxious and it helps me calm down. This is also the song that made me an army.

Magic Shop is my ultimate comfort song. I learned about its lyrics during a really rough patch and you can just imagine how much I was sobbing to it at that time. And yes, it was Hobi and Suga's part that struck so hard. It's true that a lot of times we live so fiercely to achieve things, and later on realize it was not really just about achieving things, but wanting what we do to be of some help to others. That's why failing can be so hard because it feels like failing the people who believe in you too. And then you listen to it again and you hear Namjoon and Jimin saying you have a galaxy inside you, that tough times are not in vain, it's a beautiful constellation. Taehyung saying 'would you believe me if I said it was hard for me too?' and then Jungkook singing 'you gave me the best of me, you can do it for yourself too.' I WAS A MESS!😂Now I go back to this in both tough times and great times. I'm glad you liked it!

Magic Shop was co written and co composed by Jungkook. He wrote it to tell ARMY that when we have problems in our lives, we can open the doors into the magic shop BTS has created as a comforting place for us to visit to feel better. ARMY and BTS have our own galaxy.

This song is just a masterpiece. I don't know if you already know but Magic shop is inspired by James R. Doty's book “Into the Magic Shop”. “Magic Shop” is a psychodramatic technique that exchanges fear for a positive attitude. And I agree with you, because most of the time I just think about the meaning of the songs and when I listen to a BTS song my mind immediately translates the songs and I forget that it is not in English. I've listened to some songs so many times that are on my mind and will never go away. But the fact that their songs are in Korean is very important because I think it's because it's in another language that I pay more attention to it and enjoy it the most. Bryan, thank you for uploading this today.. i actually had a hard day, a very difficult one.. and its a coincidence that everytime i am in these kinds of situation Magic Shop always like "magic", comes my way. This has been one of the few songs that actually save my life before, and it still brings me comfort up to this day. I know a lot of ARMYs have been in the same shoes as me and will continue to push forward even through the hardest times. 💜

I have to agree with you about Yoongi, Bryan. He takes hold of your heart; your soul. When he raps,/sings, I feel it - on a very real, almost physical level. At times it hurts, but it's a beautiful pain. That's one of the reasons he's one of my triple bias (with Jimin and Tae). 💜 Magic Shop is such a beautiful, hopeful, slightly melancholy, song. And Jimin's notes... They take hold of you, lift you to soar with them.💜

they go from head voice to a mix beautifully, all of them. Jimin's voice has improved he has so much more control of how much air he uses or not , he gets to choose as does JK, Jin, and V. Healthy vocals, they work hard and have a vocal coach who understands how those vocal folds work, LOL> Amazing vocals every time. Jin's crystal clear range is amazing but it's so effortless for him I think his vocal range and control sometimes get over looked. He makes it looks easy, trust me, it's not.

This is another beautiful song for ARMY. They always show us so much love, and I can only hope we give them the kind of comfort that they give to us. I relate very strongly to Suga's part, too - as an author, I spent a lot of time comparing myself to others, and I drove myself into a ditch figuratively by chasing after success to the detriment of my health and sanity. These songs by BTS have helped me to recover from that situation, and I will be forever grateful to them. I'm always happy to watch your reactions, so thank you for sharing a piece of your galaxy with us.

This was the first song I ever heard of BTS, and I'd listen to it a lot back then because it always made me cry but also very hopeful.. My cousin introduced the song to me during the roughest three years of my life so far, and honestly whenever I listened to it, I'd feel like I had attended a whole week's worth of therapy sessions😅. It is quite funny now but I am very thankful that the boys and this song got to me then. It helped me get through that dark period, making me feel like I wasn't all alone in this world full of hurt, which is exactly what they do. That was actually the first time I started taking BTS seriously. There's that saying that almost every ARMY knows, saying that "They find you when you need them the most," and really, they did find me, and I found solace in their music. So this song means a lot to me, giving comfort to this day. And great video again😂👍💜💜💜💜💜💜

This is one of my all time favorite songs. The lyrics , the performance, the emotions it brings out is amazing. I can relate to every verse they sang. They all brought it in this song , but Jimin goes on another level when its a deeply meaningful song so does suga. Dont get me wrong they all do but those two for me just know how to move me and bring out emotions that I thought were hidden. I love the message for sure, you helped us get to where we are now its your turn to show us what you can do and we will be right beside you to support you every step of the way.
