BTS IS BUILT DIFFERENT 😂| BTS Making Idols Laugh REACTION! 

Hey Whatchafam! This is my first time commenting and I just want to share how I fell into the 'rabbit hole' and got addicted in watching your BTS videos. It started with a video recommendation of the RUN BTS reaction from your channel, and I kinda admit that at first, I didn't like the clips of the exaggerated reactions so I didn't push through watching(some might get mad at me). As a baby Army, I like to exhaust all videos related to BTS, and so as I was searching for some BTS reaction videos, I stumbled again into one of yours, which was the Micdrop dance practice. At that time, I got intrigued because all of you seem to be so familiar with all the members, esp Nico so I gave it a try. And poof! The rest is history! Would you believe, since then, I started to binge watch all of your videos from the very first video(Just like how I binge watch Bangtan TV channel, even the old videos don't have eng sub, haha). I've seen how Blaze started the "subscriiiiibeee' intro, how he and AJJ do the popping, Mica crying her tears out in some video, how Niblajj was created, and so on. I've seen your journey on how you all became a true fan, not just a 'reactor'. And it really amazed me and melts my heart on how you've fallen deeply with the boys. And I was like, OMG, they attended the concert(PTD and Yoongi's, which I envy the most, BTW), it's just good to show that you all turned out to be a true fan. Started binge watching you guys Dec 17, last year and here I am on your latest video! Sorry for the long comment ✌️ Cheers to more BTS videos. Missing them badly! All the love! APOBANGPO 💜

jk was definitely not making fun of another singer's ability, he was just acting out the dramatic atmosphere of the song in a silly manner 🤭 and I def prefer sugarmyy as well ☺️👍

Awards shows and stages just aren’t the same without BTS. Everybody looks so stiff like they are scared to enjoy themselves.

Context is definitely needed in some of these compilation videos. For instance, the reason why some idols seem stiff and not laughing or reacting is because at these award shows cameras are everywhere. Some Netizens may see something and twist the meaning. "So and so didnt clap for this person, so they must not like them." Or, "This person was laughing at this person, so they don't respect their seniors." Therefore its not unusual for companies to tell idols not to react to anything out of fear of being caught on camera. Clearly, BigHit did not give these types of instruction to BTS." 😂

LOL Hi guys! JK wasn’t making fun of the performer. He was just being extra EXTRA when the cameraman caught him “feeling” the song and started singing. I think his face was on the screen for the audience 😝 .. I love the brief Arsenio Hall clip that added in there btw lol!

Check it out...I still think one one of the funniest moments of Vs is when they were on the final L-land series of putting together Enhyphen group was when V went off on how much food was given to the trainees. He started ranting about it in front of the contestants and Bang. Nam had to take the mic from him while Jimin fell on the floor laughing... he told them how he couldn't even put salt on his chicken. It was so funny because he thought it was all about suffering to become a good idol, and these contestants didn't suffer from lack of food. 😂

Yeah, I think there was a lot of this video that is funnier if you know the context of the moment. Like JK who was over emphasizing the feels from the trot song, when he was caught on camera and others found JKs actions funny. And some of the moments when you commented about the idols just leaving and not joining in - that was because they were exiting the stage so BTS could do encore performances.

Totally agree with you, Nico! That was basically BTS just being a whole vibe at award shows...they just always on a different level wherever they go! I love it...they really just built different! Just want to say that this video is heavily very heavily edited so the reactions you may see are not what they seem like. They are definitely not clowns, other groups back then were absolutely not allowed to have fun or act a certain way, they had many cameras on them every minute so even the smallest reaction could get them in trouble, and be controversial that's how rumours start up. Netizens love to create drama and have a lot of opinions so they have to be very careful in how they react to certain things so their companies tell them not to react at all even if they want to. Fortunately, Bang PD didn't have this rule for BTS and wanted them to show their true selves and personalities which we loveeeee. The RM clip is he's actually cheering at a performance I think and the live TV screen changed to RM's reaction cheering which he didn't even know the camera was on him until he saw the screen himself so his reaction was like "Wait what" hence why everyone was laughing. Some group members are actually very good friends behind the scenes for example The 97 Liners - DK from Seventeen the one that was called a clown is actually very good friends with Jungkook and a part of the 97 Liners. Jimin is very good friends with Taemin from Shinee.

Y’all should watch BTS Encore Stages, that’s where the goofiness is really at💜

This was fun to watch ! Have you ever seen V dancing with heels? He was in the same show as jhope and V was amazing! I know all of these moments but I always like to watch them

Thanks for sharing this compilation with us, fam! Indeed, nobody seems able to resist laughing at BTS' antics even if they're trying hard not to laugh. Also, a side note to one of the clips, that one of Jin dancing with the sticks and being demented - later in that clip he noticed one of the more mature celebrities that performed in the show kinda shunted to the back of the younger celebrities. He went up to the guy and took him down to the front of the crowd, even hooking his arm through the guy's to make sure he doesn't get pushed back again; and continued dancing with their arms linked. BTS may be crackheads but they have the kindest hearts and that's why ARMY love them so much.

For JK I think he was exaggerating emoting to the song, and the cameraman flashed it on the screen that was why the idols were laughing

I feel so sorry for Chanyeol, (from Exo) between Jimin and Jin he had no hope 😂😂. Its lucky he knows them both so well.. and Taemin with Jimin, luckily they are so close. At the beginning the funny thing about Jungkook was actually how 'into' the song he was looking and then when he realised he was on camera he then intensified it to show how the song was 'emotionally moving' him... that is what they were smiling and laughing about. Despite how much they mess about and are chaotic they are always sooo respectful towards other artists and their songs. Not only does Jin make others smile and laugh he is known to bring other solo artists to stand with BTS or in one case dance with them to not make them feel alone. He is a music show/ award shows treasure. A couple of the clips were from music shows where BTS had won and then they always do something funny and chaotic at the encore.

Anything by sugarmyy is generally a good shout for compilations, don't think I've ever seen a flop from them!

I enjoyed this, it’s always funny to see them be ridiculous. But, something I did want to highlight is that there are cultural differences here where in a lot of these situations idols are absolutely not permitted to act the way BTS act. BTS has earned a position in the entertainment industry, where they’re allowed to be that clownish in public. But, again you need to realize that this is a culture where things like decorum, respect of space, respect of other peoples time, and drawing attention to oneself is often times considered negative or immature behavior. I am sure you have heard certain members talk about the rules of being an idol (especially Yoongi a lot lately) and there are a long list of behavioral expectations that many groups have to adhere to. It’s always important to remember that these groups are in different places in their careers, and simply cannot risk behaving a certain way, because in Korea that can quite literally mean the end of your career if you do one wrong thing. Even if you didn’t do anything wrong your career can be ended, just off of accusations without evidence. So, while I understand, we are just Americans observing this, I did want to leave this comment to remind you all maybe don’t rag on other groups as your first inclination, and consider the cultural differences when you’re reacting. Kpop idols tend to be seemingly perfect and control a lot of my stupidity but BTS are on another level of existence and They show themselves as they are and that makes them closer, kinder and is one of the keys to their success.💜✨🥰

Well, it's not that the other idols don't have fun, it's that sometimes they can't. My first group was BTS but then I expanded a lot on the k-pop world. BTS was lucky enough to have an agency that supported them but not all idols have that. There are groups like TVXQ (a 2nd gen legendary group before BTS - and even BTS respects them so much, they all grew up listening to their music) coming from SM Entertainment and they were told not to talk and not to react. It's not about learning sometimes to have fun. It's that not everyone has the same privilege upon signing contracts. In my opinion, all groups (like Seventeen, BTS, EXO etc.) are the best thing to happen to k-pop. Not solely BTS. There were other instances other groups did something funny and BTS laughed. Like EXO, as well. EXO was stiff with BTS during 2016. That was because of the rivalries back then, chances are their company probably told them not to give a big reaction. Despite that, some members approached others like Chanyeol with Jin and Jimin, Kai with Jimin, Baekyun with Tae. Anyway, k-pop is such a huge world of artists and music and I hope that one day, you'll expand more into it Also when Jungkook reacted and everyone laughed at him wasn't because the lady was off-key. It was because he was so into the song and he looked very focused. He didn't expect the camera to pan to him and when the camera showed him, he looked at himself in the big screen looking so into it and he felt embarrassed. And with all due respect, most of the times, you guys don't have the complete video in your hands, so you don't have the complete image of what is happening, either. It may seem like something to you, but it may not be that. So, I hope you focus on the context, as well in the future! Thank you for reacting!

So for these types of videos, you may need a lot more concept of what's happening...in the video there are moments where they were MC's or moments where they were captured on camera watching another artist perform and the reaction of other artist to this at the same time. You might also get confused because of the double caption. There are also times where they win on music TV shows and they used to do a "funny" performance of the song as a celebration. That is the reason why the other artist comes off the stage is like respect for the winner.

The other guy is also best friend of V they are same age they were born in 30 December 1995 his name is Joshua and he is also vocal of team. 9.) 11:31 - here the song that was being performed on the stage V was trying to pretend like he know the lyrics but he didn't and camera showed him on main screen so that's why other members were laughing at him . 10.) 11:57 - here jhope was kinda sacred for dancing in heels . This was a show where members few k-pop group participated. In this 3 members from BTS went they were jimin hobi RM but I know too much about this show cuz I got sooo angry that I just didn't wanted to see this damn show . Here is the reason why there was a girl in this show she asked to close her eyes and guess which came she jimin and RM which ok but mc asked her to name all members of BTS that dumb bitch said all names except hobi's and do you what he cried he cried in front of whole nation cuz that bitch didn't recognise him . This brought back so much amusing things I hadn't seen in a while lmfao OKAY so it seems like y'all hadn't seen three of those clips that were shown here. One of them I've yet to see (the high heels - Tae actually *dances in them* at one point, but I haven't seen the full one)... but the other two were them singing at the end of an award show. "Winner’s Ceremony - BTS(방탄소년단) [Music Bank/2019.04.26]" is the name - I wish I could remember why they sang that way. I don't know if it was something they agreed with each other or with ARMY, but there's that. There's two versions of it - the official one cuts the song off, though, so "WriterLee" has the full version, but it's a fancam. (What's extra cute about the longer fancam version, is the group TXT is behind them, and BTS actually includes them in their fun). I think for a lot of the clips featured in the video, you have to know the context or a bit of backstory what is happening during that time for you to better understand what made it funny. :)
