Crying is healing. Listen to Jin sing and get all your bottled up feelings out. Heal yourself. Don't carry around that negative energy. Cry. Cry. And cry again. A note - find a good therapist. Sometimes we grow up not learning how to express our emotions because our parents didn't know how and thus couldn't teach us how to do that either. A tip - most colleges/universities have psychology departments who are training students. They are under the guidance of their qualified teachers. The bonus - they don't charge a lot for a session. I paid $3 a session for a student in training. It's their last year of college so they are quite experienced. So go cry. Go cry it all out. Then pass it forward...help someone else learn this skill! I did!!
