If you watch the part 1, you can speculate that these two have special feelings toward each other. After Music Bank Singapore, I believe they keep getting close but,maybe because they have busy schedules around september - november, so they must be separated. That's why they keep updating about break up songs or any songs about missing someone. My assumption looks more accurate because I can see how they act toward each other during MAMA and MMA 2017. Tbh, I see that the one who feeling down is Yeri while Jungkook seems pretend like he didn't care. He also keep showing people how he loves IU so much in MMA, but it was only when there is yerim in the seat (tbh I found that he is so over and does not look like jungkook that I know. Then in the end of the year, yeri had a hard time. She loss jonghyun and people keep bashing her just because she was being sad. Around this time, I can see jungkook cares about her. Suddenly, his ego is down. You can see how he keep checking yerim with those lovely eyes. Then,when yeri can smile again, he was smiling too. Yeah, I guess after that,he approached her again. I believe they start to make up. I'm sure jungkook is one of those people who try to comfort yerim and be the reason why yerim can smile again.
This is why during Seoul Music Awards 2018,yerim is supporting him well and they keep flirting each other
