Those are real tatoos...he has piercings too... JK has one of the most beautiful voice in the industry...he doesnt need autotune.Hope you react to his other solos Euphoria,stay alive,still with you,Begin,mY time,my you and his covers English and Korean. Tattoos are still considered somewhat taboo in Korea and are extremely regulated....Tattoos may not be visible on Korean public television, so every time BTS is interviewed or perform on a tv show, JKs right arm and hand has to be covered by sleeves and bandages and Band-Aids....JK did not write this song, though. He's told us in Weverse lives that Bang Si-Hyuk played this song demo for him that was written by Andrew Watt & Cirkut, and JK said he immediately loved it

All BTS are great singers but JK I would say is the most flexible in terms of technique and genre. I know V has the widest vocal range but I think JKs also got a wide range 💜

Thx for the reaction . There is an explicit version of this song that definitely shocked us fans. Jk was just a young boy of 13 when he became a trainee , he was 15 or 16 when they debut and he looked young so as older fans , we saw him as the young boy , now he is a grown man and the explicit version basically is his way of cutting himself from being the teenager and showing us that he is a grown man now ..

When we started doing this Aich and I don't listen to the radio or streaming channels anymore. We just explore and allow our good fan base to provide us with gems. Sometimes we hit bangtantv and bighit to see what's new. We have just been going off a list that was provided about a year ago.

Korean context about tattoos..for a long time tattoos have been assoc with crime so broadcasting standards in Korea meant idols actors have to cover them with various methods. This is slowly changing so now you can see some tattoos been shown on KoreanTV shows. Our laws about who can tattoo are very strict (must have a medical license) but this is hardly ever enforced and you can easily find some amazing tattooists here in Korea, incl JKs tattooist

As someone who has a few tattoos myself I appreciate the self expression and art of beautifully created and masterfully done tattoo's such as Jungkook's Sleeve it looked awesome!! Thank you for letting me know more about the history. Here tattoos were associated with criminals, sailors, military, bikers and "Good ole Boys" for the longest time when I was a kid. Over the past two decades it has broadened quite extensively. Let us hope it continues to grow, because, some of the artwork and skill out there, is masterful and has an amazing future in our societies!

@@MixItUpPodcast I am tattooed myself (2 half sleeves) by Korean artists but have recently returned from New Zealand after having a Filipino artist complete my last one. I am unusual part of Korean society because I'm older and it's my age group or older which hold on to the stereotype of tattoos. So to respect old beliefs I do attempt to cover them on public transport, street food vendors and market place vendors. I've never been approached by ajummas/ajusshis (older women/men) or 할머니 할아버지 (grandmas/grandpas) in a negative way. I think they might if I was a teenager or in my 20s. Foreigners showing tattoos is ok, you might get stared at, sometimes just curiosity tbh. Some spaces it's respectful to cover them..such as historical sites you might visit.

Man it's nice that JK is able to show off his tattoos now. In the beginning all we saw were bits of it in the reflection of a microwave. It was hidden away. It's also kind of risky doing it all the way down to his fingers since some Korean broadcasting stations don't allow any visible tattoos if you appear on their shows. I know one of them had JK cover them up on his hands to perform. Hopefully one day it will be fully accepted over there. It's getting there though.

Just FYI - Jung Kook has told us that he will be doing another Single and a Mini Album by November. If you want to hear more Jung Kook, watch Suchwita Ep. 15 (Suga hosting Jung Kook), and the follow on Noraebang (Karaoke) he did at the end of Ep. 15. That will show you his raw vocals in several different styles of songs. YES - the tattoos are real - he has a full sleeve, plus ARMY across his knuckles and a few others on his hand, and the 7 for Bangtan 7 behind his ear. No, he didn't write the song. Watch the Recording Film. There is also a Making of the MV on Bangtan TV channel. Oh, I know you don't care for dance, but the "Performance Video" is the "explicit" version of the song (only 2 words change, but the whole song rather changes with those 2 changes). lol That funeral scene is just JK's sense of humor. :-) Jimin is the other member that has quite a few tattoos - like the moon phases down his back, the word "Nevermind" across his chest (that is the name of a Suga/Agust D song), the number 13 for his birthday and day of their debut (I think on one of his wrists), and another number on the other wrist I think, and the 7 between 2 fingers. All the members got "7" tattoos in 2022 to signify their friendship forever. Bangtan (7) Forever, ARMY Forever! V just released 2 MV's "Love Me Again" and "Rainy Day" and will drop 3 more and his album on September 8th. Other than songs Jin did solo while part of BTS, you won't find new stuff except The Astronaut. Solo earlier stuff include Ephipheny, Awake, Super Tuna (fun, released on his birthday), and some OST's for K-Dramas or Movies.

Jungkook’s album is not out yet, and this is a single, not written by JK, but by an American writer. And yes, he does really have a full sleeve of tattoos and is quite famous for them. You still haven’t seen the explicit version of this song. You need to react to it!

This song was released 14th July I think and as it stands now , Spotify streams is at 341 million already . the Spotify streaming for this song is about 10 million per day , just on Spotify alone .. he did not write this song . He is just the singer and he just made some changes to fit his voice .. an American person wrote the song .. he writes his own korean and Japanese songs . They not English speaking so it’s difficult for them to write english tracks

korea has a thing about not showing tattoo's because it's more taboo there. also, if you watch older things he doesn't have any/as much. but yes, those are all his own tats. they are all tatted up after getting friendship tattoo's. jimin has the second most, but most of his stuff is on his back/sides.

J.K did not write this song Andrew Watt, Cirkut, Latto, Jon Bellion wrote this song and Andrew and cirkut produced this song,. You can watch a behind scene when Jungkook went to L.A and recorded this song. This song did an all 3 kill nr 1 at Billboard 100, nr 1 at Billboard 200, nr 1 at Billboard global, nr 1 at Spotify gor 25 days now, went in ti Uk charts, and he is still nr 1 at Billboard charts

Jk has to hide his tattoos when he performs for shows in Korea. It is frowned upon in Korean culture. (mostly from the older generation) Also, still controversial to have tattoos done by anyone other then medical degree'd Doctor. Tattoo artists are not allowed. It is said you can have tattoos after the military.

Hope your eye is better! Sounded like a cornea abrasion. Scratched cornea. Very painful and watery! If still not better, see a doctor .... might need prescription eye lubricant drops. More you rub the longer it sticks around. I have done this so many over the years. Sometimes I could treat it at hone...other times not. This is not fun! Get better soon!
