Spring day is inspired by the Sewol Ferry tragedy where hundreds of people (mainly school kids) died after the ferry sunk. Its can be interpreted to be a song about missing somebody who has passed-away

You think ARMY is loud at these performances and you’re right, but you have to remember that these MMA & MAMA as well as some others, are not even BTS concerts. They are Asian award shows and the people sitting up front are other idol groups. That makes it even more amazing!

That day there were SO MANY fancams of other idols literally dropping their jaws when they saw Jimin dance while singing like that 😂 In general many people (no matter fans or celebrities/idols) wish to see Jimin live because his performances are always breathtaking. LOve watching you love these boys as much as me. Spring Day is a totally different vibe for them but it has a HUGE significance to Korean people because of the event that is talking about. There is a video explaining it here on You TUbe .BTS never publicly said that the ferry disaster was what this song is about because they didn't want to get blacklisted for speaking out about it. I think it is still in the top100 on Korean charts years after its release. I heard a Korean talk about how loved this song is by Koreans of all ages and genders.
