I don’t think the girl in blue was trying to kiss him, but was whispering something to him. He laughed. However, the other girl needs to at least have her membership taken away and be banned from any BTS event. She obviously doesn’t know how to behave - or care.

I think jail time is a little too extreme. All they have to say is that Big-Hits and Jin should have foreseen the possibility of this happening. I am not saying let the two fans off lightly but maybe community service at a woman's shelter. So, they can see the harsh reality of those who have been abused. A good healthy dose of reality might wake them up.

I understand about Korean culture and respect. But if that was a Korean girl she obviously has no respect for anyone or her culture. If it was a foreigner that came to Korea for that event then they are not exempt from being labeled as despicable for pulling such a heinous act on Jin. Either way no matter where you are from in the world, if you are ARMY you need to show the utmost highest respect for the BTS members. Those girls are obviously not true fans. And should be banned from all events for life. It's girls like this that make it bad for the rest of us who actually follow the rules.

She was a young fan who got emotional & made a mistake. A bad decision. Not a criminal act or act of abuse. Ya’ll so quick to judge & pass sentence. Im sure Jjn’s team knew this would likely happen. There were many bodyguards for jin and female staff to help guide fans. Really. Get over yourselves.

They should press charges, slap the 2 perpetrators with 30 days in jail or a hefty fine to pay, and ban both of them from attending anymore BTS related concerts, events, etc. I feel so sorry that Jin had this terrible experience happen to him. He wanted and fought to have this special hug event because he loves Army just like the rest of the members do. Jin is my BTS Bias but I would never cross the line and do what the 2 disrespectful girls did. Didn't they know that what they did is considered sexual assault in their own country? I feel very disappointed honestly, such events are extremely rare, and the fact that Jin got it held even after coming back from the military just a day before was wholesome, but this just ruins the mood... I know we all love BTS a lot, but we should also keep in mind that we should love them as our "Idol" not husband, or boyfriend etc. The members also wish the same. Jin did not welcome the kisses from two overly enthusiastic fans, but it should not be considered as a sexual assault, in my opinion. It was rude and aggressive, but I think they just got caught up in the moment of interacting with a celebrity that they adore and will probably never meet again. I hope they watch the video and see the disgust on Jin’s face. That, alone, is embarrassing. Everyone should remember that HYBE and Jin set up this hugging event, and opened him up to this sort of behavior from two females who were gutsy enough to push the boundaries. That being said, I would have loved to have been one of the fans who received just a hug. 💜

In Korea, a kiss isn't as simple as you think especially a kiss on the neck. People there disgusted if they see you kissing or touchy enough with your own partner in public. Some countries still limit intimate behavior in public areas and can take it to the court as behavior that disturbs the public harmony.
