Salt is much worse. If you eat sugar, it only makes you fat but you can recover from excercising (not in extreme cases) but if you eat a lot of salt throughout, you will develop heart diseases that can even cause a stroke. Eating a good amount of sugar is even good for you mental health. Well, now you know🤷🏻‍♂️
