I tried to fight it, but I had tears in my eyes by the end of the video! 😭 Jin and Yoongi expressing their sincere gratitude and appreciation for what he does even though they are older than him (and Hobi who is the same age but has a few months on him!) - their comments are especially touching. Thank you for this. It's good for us to have a reminder of the extra pressures that Namjoon faces for the group - and he does it silently. I just hope that he really does take care of himself.

@Trinity M I don’t think the original post meant lead the company in the literal term. I took it as more that, as the leader he was probably in the most contact with the company regarding how the band is run and problems or matters to be handled. And therefore, knowing the difficulties the company was having and his personality, probably put a lot of pressure on himself to support both the members and the people who worked with them. He likely didn’t want to fail the , especially the CEO who was the one whole picked him originally. As I said, I don’t think it was meant to be dismissive to the CEO(who I respect a lot), but as the leader responsibility would have been put on him to lead/represent the company in the industry

I meant it as leading the group and being the one in contact with the company regarding this matter. As a new army, I'm hoping the older ones (I'm assuming that you are) can be a bit nicer when it comes to educating the new ones. After all, it's what we all want as a community. A lot of people can understand where he stands as a leader. It's similar to having a sibling/siblings. I am the oldest sibling so I am the "leader", I am the example, I have more responsibilities such as, monitoring my younger sister and being aware of what she's doing. I think that we all agree that Jeon Jungkook is now officially the leader of the Namjoon fan club. I love how Jungkook is like a small child standing in front of their idol whenever he's around Namjoon like it's just so adorable and it properly highlights just how much of an importance Namjoon is. If it wasn't for him Jungkook wouldn't have joined BigHit, the group wouldn't have been as successful as they are now with battling against problems. Like we always see the cute and clumsy side of Namjoon but when he's serious and in that headspace of calmness it's when you see the leader that carried most of the weight of the group since even before their debut.

The amount of respect that I have for Namjoon is immense. He joined the company around 16 years old, had to witness so many lineup changes before we got the BTS we know and love today. Joon deserves all the praise, love and appreciation from all of us. He’s always been the pillar and the strength of the team, the one who kept the team together during hard times. With everything that bts have been through, I can’t even imagine how hard it must’ve been for him at times. The leader bears sm responsibility that he can’t simply give up on when things get hard. (That’s not to say the other member can or would do that. But the leader has some responsibilities that the other members don’t have.) He is lucky to have the tannies on his team and as his support, and the tannies are lucky to have him as a leader.

Namjoon is always strong for BTS, eg back in 2015 at the SMAs when BTS won nothing, Namjoon hugged all his members and told them that they did a good job or translating hate comments into positive ones for his members so he'd bare with the hurt alone. Our joonie is the most perfect person to be a leader, i mean he has every singe quality to be a good leader. Namjoon is a really strong leader as well as all leaders in each Kpop Groups! Being a leader doesn't give you a lot of benefits but gives you a lot of responsibilities such as representing your group, cheering the members, connecting the group and the company, representing the company and guide the members. We should appreciate him like how we appreciate every members. BTS made it to the states, made it to countless variety shows in US, was able to understand, to know English because of Namjoon.

This has to be my favourite video of all times. He deserves so much more love, appreciation and affection than we give him. I don’t even have enough words for how much I love and appreciate and admire him ✊🏻❤️ His comforting words, soft smile, admirable determination all push me forward to be my best, give my all, and most importantly, be happy. He inspires me, he inspires thousands of people. Having that burden, even as a blessing, is nowhere near easy. Being a team leader is hard enough as it is, but being the leader of a world renowned, respected and loved team? Even harder. But Namjoon does it, he has been for the past decade, and I have nothing but appreciation for that ❤️❤️

Everytime I hear or think of the word leader, I automatically think of Namjoon because in my eyes he's the perfect example of how a leader should lead their team(with integrity and respect for those within the team). I admire Namjoon so much, and he has really taught me how to be a good leader for others. Lastly, I love how Namjoon relies on the other members as much as they rely on Joonie. 💜💜💜
