If you notice Jimin usually dances in the Chelsea boots. He has said he prefers to dance barefoot.

I read/heard from somewhere/someone that in the beginning it took a month to learn new choreo but nowadays it probably only takes a week or less. yeah Jimin, I think, just shines a little brighter on the dance floor.

They always pick their clothes. They got style. also i don't think it has to do with how long the members dance? All of them have danced and practice with each other for years. Everyone just has different stamina and limits. :)

The names on their shirt is for when they must have sent videos to music shows to give them a preview and then the broadcasting company makes preparations accordingly for the recording etc.

They choose their own clothes for practice. Always. That is not the first time some members were more dressed up for dance practices.

@@mayacollette I was just gonna add this 😭 Also when they went to Vegas and he posted that he's in trouble because he only packed suits thinking it's a different event (cue ARMYs making theories about how he's running a mafia gang on the downlow), and like 4/5 soundchecks and pictures of them have Tae in a full suit 😭

Yea, they've always done that and if they wore something that looked uniform or they were appearing the same thing it was probably either fight before a performance or they were practicing as though they were at the concert so they could get everything perfect. And why would the company care what they wear during a dance practice anyway? This isn't the first time they've worn baggy clothes or something a little dressy for practice either like you said so its not like these practices were any different than ones before. And its not like their company decides everything for them too, they're perfectly capable and very stand up men who can handle simple matters such as what they wear or want to do sometimes, as well as complex matters within the company. Especially at this point, tho they may not have had as many respnsibilties or leeway to do what they wanted (tho big hit has always been a fair and not as strict a company) before, it's definitely not the same as now. That said even tho they should know that by now it must have been a simple mistake so its understandable why this information could have slipped past them i guess😕😓

Yea, I'm not trying to be rude, but obviously they always just wear what they want, they're not constrained to what the company wants for them. Even if that was the case big hit isn't that strict😕

Things like sweatshirts keep your muscles warm honestly, makes you feel more loose, it’s like how ballet dancers wear leg warmers at times.

They wear "normal" clothes because they like to be able to move in normal stuff. Because they really don't have "costumes" ever per se, they usually wear just designer stuff maybe adjusted a bit. They wear what they wear.

when you guys talk about do they choose their own clothes for dance practice? It seems they choose the clothes they will wear for dance practice, except when it's an important event and even then the staff first asks what clothes they will wear to be comfortable. They once appeared on a radio show (forgot the name of that radio show 🙏) and the host asked "are the clothes they're wearing are their own clothes?" and they said "yes".

I think we talked about this already a lot. They choose their own outfits for dance practices but they obviously keep in mind their stage outfits. So dressing “hotter” in terms of actual layering makes sense to prepare for their stages. In the behind the scenes you can often see them complaining about how hot it is but as someone who goes on stage as well it is really important to at least try to train in a similar outfit.

Airplane Pt. 2 comments: 1.) I love Hobi's part in this song. He is just way cool; 2.) Jin rocking the center position at the end of the song brings me joy; and 3.) Last but not least, Jimin. JIMIN! Where to start? If the assignment was to show up looking hot af he nailed it. The latin pop style really suits him and he just has a way about his movements that make him stand out. Notice the mic stand part where him and Yoongi are both doing the same thing but not in the same way. It's just that little something extra he has when performing that draws you in.

The name tags are for stage blocking so when they perform it live. And RM just goes by “RM” which isn’t a Korean name, everyone else has their Korean name. Practices can be recorded for stage blocking in performances so shows can prepare for them, which is also why they wear nametags, so the shows can know where they stand and how they move. The dance practices where they aren't wearing nametags can be just for others to look at, like when people do covers or for future references for Mr. Son (main choreographer) & the members.

They are probably doing practice durimg winter. Regarding what they are wearing. Please remember they practice like 10-15 hours everyday. Also remember when they perform live, they need to have perfect choro but also sing live at the same time. That is why there"s only one BTS.

I absolutely agree with Lauren. I'm a Yoongi bias but i literally couldn't look at anything other than Jimin. :') Everyone else is in baggy stuff they can sweat in and Jimin looks like he just ran in from a photoshoot. The guy knows how to dress.

you can see them learning the movements for their dances in the behind the scenes making films on their memories dvds. I think there is a lot of footage of them learning ON on the memories 2020 dvd They also show a lot of them learning dances in the behind the scenes making films they release with their concert dvds too

Best of Me is one of my favorite choreos. It is one of the more rigorous ones and they do such a great job with it. Hobi stands out to me because he is such a technically strong dancer and I like the part where JK ans JM dance together. It looks cool. You'll notice they wear a lot of jackets for performances, so maybe they wear hoodies and jackets to get used to that. Generally speaking they usually cover up more than not, so maybe it's just a preference.

JHope is always the fastest to learn the choreography. The fastest was 30mins and the longest was 4 hours. Then he’d help the other members to learn the choreography. The maknae line often learn and perfect it within 4 days while the hyung line learns and perfected it from 1-2 weeks depending on how hard the choreography is. To answer your question s about their outfit in their dance practice, BTS chooses it themselves-. Sometimes, they have other recordings to do or shoot before they go to their dance practice that’s why they would seem like they’re not wearing the most comfortable clothes for dancing but most of the times, they just wear whatever they want coz they as we all have seen... they perform these hards choreographies while wearing suits and leather shoes or boots! So it shouldn’t surprise or confuse you on the float he’s their wearing during practice. 😊😊😊

I suspect they have layers of clothes because they keep their studio cold but also if they are going to know their performance outfit is hit then practice in heavy layers to see if you overheat. Similar idea to wearing heavy shoes to make it for harder moves when on stage in lighter shoes. Although they practice in such random stuff and sometimes it does seem coordinated so who can say.

i think maybe jimin did something like a photoshoot before this or a meeting or something. because his hair and makeup is also done and he normally don´t do that for practice and he never does it in his own style. jimin´s style is always sweatpants-shirt just like RM but when he dances he use nike trousers and a t-shirt always the same pants. that´s why i think he might have done something before this

My guess…and that’s all it is, is a guess would be they practice in stuff that’s hot as it makes you more tired and helps builds endurance. This would help for concerts and performances when they’re under the lights on stage and would almost be like a form of conditioning. Same thing could be possibly said about what Jimin is wearing….helps him be better prepared to dance in what he wears during a concert?

There's rehearsal footage of them wearing long puffer jackets in that dance studio so I guess it's pretty cold in there.

I thought the same thing about the outfits, but in many Korean programs, buildings do not seem to have the central heat or air, as we are used to. Someone please correct me, but this seems to be the case. The guys may need to wear these clothing, due to this fact. Otherwise, they are amazing, and I am feeling their possible discomfort, with all the hard work they put in. They are AMAZING!

Jungkook in the best of me choreo is in his element … how sharp, precise, fast and smooth he hits is just on another level… he jumps into his spots with such ease even when he’s doing a full extra spin than the others. His footwork is insane and it really reminds me of his choreo for “begin” live which has insane footwork and choreo during his solo song… Jhope said that it was the hardest choreo any of them had done at that point bc of the footwork and how fast it is… just love that shit lol jimin in the airplane pt 2 video was feeling himself lol definitely hitting a bit different lol but really the fact that they all hit the best of me choreo and nobody papilla your attention negatively and for those who don’t care for dance that is just insane to me…. The dance is crazy bc there’s so much going on and it’s easy to miss stuff lol I def don’t see jk dancing like he’s tired in best of me lol how hard he’s hitting the moves and he’s like singing the whole time lol looked powerful af to me… but maybe in his face lol I mean I’m tired just watching them lol but the choreo is pretty crazy for them to do like that lol don’t think they did that choreo very often and they just start dancing at the jk and jimin part .. or they do it as like a hype and jump around song maybe for the old medleys… but yeh they def didn’t do this full dance that often I don’t think … same as “I’m fine” I mean them dancing to the speed of yoongi and RMs fast as flow lol I just can’t with that

12:06 lol true but it’s kind of an optical illusion… jks actually behind him but the angle makes it look like he’s next to him You really should react to JKs live performance of “begin” if you want to see more choreo with this kinda footwork… his live raw voice during “begin” is so satisfying… not sure if you’ve seen it but I don’t think you have… the song is about jungkooks love for his members and his only hardship was seeing them struggling and hurting and wishing to take it away… come on… how can you not react to that!!! 🤗
