BTS Ships Reaction - JinKook (#16 of 21) 

Don’t be fooled tho. Jin is so mature when it counts. Like he plays with them but he is every bit the eldest hyung that protects them emotionally and helps their hearts and guides them. Toward the beginning he’s the one that made sure everyone ate together so they could be closer and he talked to Suga to tell him to open up the the younger guys. He really did a lot of the work that went into their early bonding. :)

Jin's not kidding about "raising" JK. When he first saw Kookie, I think he said he reminded him of a frightened animal with his big eyes. We forget that JK became a trainee at BH at 14. Jin would make his school lunches and take him to school. His family invited him over for dinner because Jin didn't want him to feel lonely. They mentioned the line but didn't show one of my favorite interactions between them. The camera was following Jin at a concert rehearsal and Jin said he sung so much that his legs were shaking. Jimin was near and said "Oh your legs are shaking already? That's because you're old." Jin was like someone always trying to diss you. JK came up and Jin was like what do you have to say and JK looked at Jin and said with a big smile (he had on a mask but you can tell when Kookie smiles because his eyes crinkle) MY JIN IS HANDSOME!! I LOVED THAT SO MUCH!! I think Kookie got what he needed from Jin, the big brother he was missing because he left his in Busan. This video was exactly what I guessed: them "fighting" and Jin feeding the baby lol.

I feel like, out of all the ships in BTS, Jinkook are the most brother like. Of course, they're all a family, but Jinkook have the typical Tom and Jerry big brother, little brother type of dynamic. They love to tease each other but at the same time are very open with showing their care for each other. When Jungkook was in middle school and high school, Jin was the one packing his lunch and taking Jungkook to school.

Jin is a maknae in his family, so that explains a lot too. He and Jungkook are so close, they are practically like relatives 😄 the love they had for each other is just so beautiful 💜💜

I love their bond. To me Jin and Jungkook act the most like real brothers. Jin really took care of Jungkook especially in their trainee days since Jungkook moved from Busan and Jin's parents didn't live far from Seoul he would sometimes bring Jungkookie to dinner at his parents house with him. They are hilarious together! Jin is a solid, dependable, reliable, and stable person in Jungkook's life. Jungkook even though you see him play around alot on camera especially with Jin he can often act older then he is, he is inside a very mature and level headed person. In Jk's normal day to day life he can be more reserved and introverted and Jin can be quiet too sometimes but they bring each other out of their shells and become more extroverted around each other.

I can't remember where I saw this but I think it perfectly describes Jin and Jungkook. "Jin was a college student who met a middle schooler and raised him to be his best friend."

Jinkook is such an iconic ship. You can definitely see the sibling rivalry between them and that older/younger brother dynamic. I love how they spend most of the time messing with one another, but anyone can tell that deep down they love and adore one another so much. I love how Jin is so young at heart; sometimes it's hard to believe that Namjoon is the maknae of the hyung line 😂I find Jin's outlook on life something to strive towards, especially because he's constantly talking about how you'll forever be young if you're young at heart. It goes back to the Jinmin ship video where Jimin said that he learnt how to have fun and enjoy life thanks to Jin. Even though Jin is so carefree and playful, I love how he carries an air of mature wisdom that comes with being the oldest, and it's something you often get to see during his more private, serious moments. You have no idea how excited I am for you to react to Sope !! I mentioned this on your last ship video, but I really hope you can react to their Otsukare performance alongside their ship videos (it's only 2 and a half minutes long !!). It's basically a fun, light-hearted trot song that Hoseok wrote himself and then somehow convinced Yoongi to perform it with him at one of their fanmeetings. Because it isn't an officially released song and only something performed live at a fanmeeting, you won't come across it when you're reacting to their solo work or b-sides. We are getting alot of forehead Jin after MMA and the fandom is going crazy.

You notice that jin, hobi, jk and yoongi are the maknaes in their family.. that’s they acted like the baby brother of the group( except for jk bcs he’s already the maknae of the group).. and for yoongi if haven’t notice even thought he’s acting like mature he’s just a baby when comes to jin.. cause jin is the only hyung to him..

Jin and Jungkook are still going strong at it 😂 the thing is, they work out together, and jin is always telling kook to work out with him. It's somehow adorable, how Jin, who used to be the second strongest member, can't lift kook anymore and has trouble lifting jimin too (the weight is all in the muscles babe), while they pick him up fairly easy. Then there's the part whenever kook manhandles jin and jin goes "but i like it". Makes me stop for long periods of time.

Jin actually won a poll on naver where the public picked the member that seems closest and knows jk better just yesterday !!

JINKOOK!!! They are so playful and so hilariously sweet. This is me overanalyzing, but I sometimes feel like Jin is playful with the maknae line because that's what they've needed so much while they've faced the pressures and rigors of having to be professionals in front of cameras since they were still in school. They just need to play sometimes, and Jin gives them that as much as he can. okay...I really shouldn't comment on these when it's late, I get all sappy and anyway, I love them. I've only seen this vid like 9485394 times because i love them so. (And if it makes you feel any better, I'm entirely unprepared for SOPE as well. Those two have my whole heart.)

They're so chaotic and annoying together, I love them 😂💜 if you have time you should totally watch a jinminkook compilation. The most chaotic trio, with Jin and Jungkook being all over the place and Jimin being the kinda sane one but always there to get a good laugh and participate in some antics 😂 and yes, Seokjin sometimes behaves more like a maknae than Kook does but don't be fooled, he's actually a really thoughtful and calm person who's been the best hyung to his members, literally raising some of them like a dad. 💜

All of the members have a special spot for jungkook since he's the maknae. I've been an ARMY for more than five years and I vet emotional seeing how much jungkook has grown. I can't imagine how it must be like for the members. They've seen kook since he was a little teenage boy and now he's bigger than all of them lol. And jin always says that if you act younger, you'll also look younger hahaha the members tease him about it, telling him to start acting his age but they all secretly love jin being like this. Seriously, I strive to live life like Jin. 😂

I love their bickering, mock fighting brotherly relationship so much. they really can let go around each other and its always so refreshing to see that. one thing tho,,,, i feel like if they were to add more serious moments in here, it would be more than 2 dimensional relationship. yes theyre goofy around each other,,, but if they were to add something like jin taking care of jungkook after his heel injury,, how firm he was in not letting jungkook perform, how he was an authoritative parental figure while also being gentle, wheeling him around and joking with him so he doenst feel bad..it wouldve been better. those actions in the more serious situations really matter as well. but overall this is a very cute video im glad you guys enjoyed it too !

RM is really who JK admire the most, but when we talk about dependence and love I think Jin has an special place. They play a lot, but Jin always looks for him and makes sure he's comfortable. Now he's grown Kook has developed a protective personality too. JK is really spoiled by all his hyungs, but he's the bestest boy. Every pair has a different dynamic and I think that's awesome and makes me love them more. I became an army 8 months ago watching the tiny desk. I started watching your reactions and i don't want to comment because i'm not good with english but i will make the sacrifice cause i love this relationship so much. They have this bond that even if they are not blood related they are real brothers and i love it so much how Jin raised him and helped him a lot. As a shy person i used to be i know how much anxiety and stress can a shy person feel just like Jungkook was back then, when he was scared and so far from his home , to the point he wanted to go back but Jin is a timid person and understood him well, he even invited jk to eat with his family and showed him around Seoul to make him feel comfortable, and it was thanx to Jin that he stayed, Jin treated him like a real brother. They always play around and i can tell how JK acts so freely with Jin, even if they are 5 years apart. I admire these two so much, Jin is so mature even if he goofs a lot, he is a sweetheart and such an humble soul, and i admire Jungkook because becoming a public figure and leaving home at the age of 13 being as shy as he was is definitly not easy. That's why i think JK said the person he needed the most was Jin. You've been an army for much longer than me so you must know all of this. Jinkook are so cuutee together, I love their bickering and their goofiness, but also their sweet moments ♥ They are super close and literally share one brain cell 😂 Sometimes it's really hard to tell who of them is the older one 😂 But I love how Jin always cares for Jungkook like a real big brother ^^ When Jungkook still went to school and their company did not have the budget yet to afford a driver for him, Jin always drove Kookie to school 💜

Jin is not joking when he says he raised kookie..he really did, they all did but Jin more..Kookie was 13 when he joined them and 15 when he debuted..it was pre debut or early debut not sure but I remember kookie mentioning how he was having a hard time and wanted to quit since he was missing his parents and family who were far away in Busan and he cudnt meet them but when Jin got to know he took kookie with him to his house and spent time with his parents so he could feel home..Kookie said Jin treated him like own real brother and it helped him a lot during those times..

Also when Jungkook came from Busan away from his parents, Jin and his family practically took him in. Which is why they are so close, very brother-like, and have no boundaries.😊

It's hard not to smile 'till your cheeks hurt with any of these ships, but Jinkook for me feels extra sweet because it's where i feel the Big brother/Little brother relationship is the strongest (in my opinion) like, the rest of the members too have this relationship with the Maknae line but there is a little extra something with Jinkook (which is probably because it's the oldest and youngest of the group). Jin does behave like a Maknae but more often than not you'll see him go along with Jungkook antics just to make the baby smile and it's so cute and heartwarming ! AHH! I absolutely love Jinkook, one of my favorite ships for sure because they are just so cute together, the most like actual brothers in the group I think. I see by the other comments here that many have filled you in on how Jin really took care of Jk, and he actually does a lot more than it would seem on the outside as far as being a great big brother & not just to Jk but all the others. Jin may be fun loving and funny but he is mature and level headed when he needs to be and he has such a positive outlook & influence on the boys! He is also a great ice-breaker when it comes to conversations, and has been known to be big help to RM even on certain occasions. So yes, he plays around a lot with the young ones in the group but he knows it helps them to relax & enjoy things too. I find it interesting too that Jin comes from a wealthy family, you'd never know it because he acts so down to earth and is so humble. Really looking forward to esp taekook and jikook, jikook has 3 parts so that should tell you something lol, you should save that one for last

He is the youngest in his personal family but in the BTS family he's the oldest. In my personal family I'm the oldest but in my friend group I'm the baby but I don't act like it. yesss I love Jinkook they're so funny together I'm in tears half the time. I love jinkook so much. I can't tell if it's because jin's my bias and googie is my wrecker or they're my bias and wrecker because I love them together so much? it doesn't matter they're so cute and their laughter gives me life! I especially love how touchy they are, bc touch is my love language but a lot of my loved ones don't like being glommed on :( It's especially hard for me now, living by myself during the pandemic, because now I can't even attach myself to the friends that ok with it.
