One thing we always appreciate about BTS, after every award show (ie Grammy's. Billboard, AMA etc) they NEVER attend the afterparties to smooze with other "celebrities". They ALWAYS go back to their hotel to do a Livestream with ARMYs to celebrate. They truly show their love and appreciation to their fans!
That's so true like if they wanted they have every right to go to these after parties, have fun, socialize and just do whatever they want and none of us would have anything to say about it because they deserve to have fun and enjoy themselves but they want to come and spend time with us🥺🥹🥹 like that's so touching and I never take it for granted. Their love is so big and so vast and my love and respect for the tannies has only gotten bigger and stronger over the years too! Like they rly have a piece of my heart forever, I'll always have their backs like they r IT for me. My forever singers my forever artists
Jin's solo is about his feelings of inadequacy as a performer, especially when he can't help but compare himself to the other members, who he sees as much bigger stars than him. Consider the fact that Jin was an adult--a college student--with zero singing or dancing experience when the BigHit recruiter picked him up off the street for being handsome. He had to start his training from scratch, whereas the other three members of the vocal line (Jungkook, V, and Jimin) all had at least some sort of talent or training in either music or dancing. Jin debuted with the group as a "subvocalist," and is routinely given the fewest singing lines, especially early on where he was basically relegated to second-verse duty. Also, he is usually considered to be the weakest dancer of the group (well, him or RM)... and as a result, spends most of the time hidden in the back of the group numbers, or on the far edges of their choreography formations. How could that not affect his view of himself? I think most fans of jin recognize that his biggest contributions to the group aren't necessarily artistic. Alongside jhope, Jin is the group's mood maker. He works to keep all their spirits up with his goofy antics and self-deprecating humor. He clowns around to break the ice for the shy younger members in interviews, despite being a self-proclaimed introvert himself. He does the most to keep their variety content light and funny (Jin is the undisputed king of their show Run BTS). And like... he takes care of the others as their hyung. The other members all adore him. Regardless of how he or anyone else see his performance skills, there's just no BTS without Jin. 🥺
Jin developing his voice through training is such inspiration. Vocal coaches praise him for his techniques and stabilty a lot almost the most I'd say. Man didn't miss a single note during live concerts. I often hear that his voice is most clear sounding without much additional frills and iit can be refreshing. I agree, his voice is very clear like frosty sunny morning, when you see fresh glistening snow. Also Jin is responsible for some of the highest notes, such as end of Dionysus, and other songs
25:15 There's no collab between BTS and Shawn Mendes yet, but he wrote a song, 'Hate You' for Jungkook's album, Golden. One of my favorite tracks from the album
Jin, Jimin and Hope are my favorite🥰 Jin was supposed to an actor but an executive persuade him to be part of the BTS. He literaly a handsome guy! He came from a well off famlly in Korea....when they were in dorms before he usually share her allowance from his group to buy groceries and food. Jin friends is most actors of Korea.....Thank you for watching and appreciating BTS.
Jin's solo song AWAKE is abt his insecurities with his skills.. that's why they showed his interview abt his view when he dances or when he sings.. he worked so hard since he didn't have any background with music or dance before he joined Bangtan and he turned out to be such a great artist that never fails to sing with so much emotion
LOL you actually got an army bomb omg, that's dedication! I've been an army for almost 8 years now and I still need to buy one, I'll definitely have it before 2025 LMAO
I have been a fan for 5+ years and I still don't have one lol. One day when I'm settled well and I have extra money to spend on my own interests, I will get one for sure.
I really appreciate Justin's inputs during your TROB reactions. Even if he doesn't fully understand the context for certain clips, he is usually on the right track when it comes to picking up context clues. And his comments show how much empathy he has for BTS and the things they went through.
Quite a few options, run bts episodes, bon voyage, in the soop, if you're looking for fun stuff...or the storylines exploration, is quite complicated and deep, going through several albums, bt maybe that u can take up when u dive back into discography.
I just think about all that pressure. I'm so impressed by them to have survived that. I get nervous for a job interview or a briefing at work. And there's a handful of people there. To be on TV in front of the world and represent Kpop and Korea.... in a music industry in the US.... Crazy scary. They deserve everything they have.
jin said he was very introverted before joining bangtan and meeting army and meeting bts changed his personality a lot and he became a muvh happier person and awake is like saying even tho im not perfect im just gonna continue with my 6 bros here
DNA era will always hold a special place in my heart because it was when I first stumbled upon them 🥲 I saw their AMA performance and just wanted to know their names. The rest, as they say, is history 💜
I appreciate you guys pausing to talk whenever you can 😆 and for even listening to the video until the ending song finishes. Thanks for diving into this journey and hope you stick around to become a proud army 🙂
congrats on getting your ARMY Bomb! have you set it up manually to your phone yet so you can change the colors? Also - if you're on weverse - there are some videos you can actually sync your light stick to so it will change colors as the show does. Love your reactions and BTS journey. I'm really curious how your perceptions of them have changed (if at all) since you started. Or what are your biggest take aways from watching their journey. As always looking forward to more BTS reactions. 💜
The LY album trilogy is THAT album because it really brought BTS onto that international level. There was a big, if not huge increase in the fandom during this era and it also lasted much longer than others. OMG I can't believe Justin got his ARMY Bomb. I still haven't got mine T^T Jin really tries not to show when he is down. He once said in a VLIVE that his being happy makes ARMYs happy and if he's sad, that would also make us sad. He doesn't want that. He has always worked really hard. His vocals truly shine even more now. He was even referred to as the "silver voice" by the Academy. Jin is actually really really smart. Not in the sense RM is. But sometimes, especially during their games in RUNBTS, I really feel like this guy really thinks differently. BTS always do a live stream right after their performances anywhere. Or they always make sure to post about it that very night or the next day. It really isn't something mandatory. But it shows their love and appreciation for their fans.
3:16 According to Komerican OG, who's a Korean American reactor, the translation of "we outdid ourselves" isn't correct since in English it could have a boastful meaning, but rather it should be something like 'we put in a lot of effort to perfect'.
i hope you guys could also watch *Mouse* 2021 starring Lee Seung Gi kdrama psychological crime thriller genre. it is rated 8.7/10 in IMDB and 9.6/20 in Viki
I don't think they have to, tbh. Only the last 2 episodes of the documentary have something new because of the interviews with the boys, but the first ones are all pretty much inckuded in TRoB episodes.
I'm eagerly waiting for you guys to react to their songs and their performance especially the latest one Busan concert (they had a free concert in Busan and it was streamed live for international armys). Since its jins solo song episode, some of my recommendation: Awake(about his insecurity), Epiphany(loving himself), tonight (for his pet), super tuna (his love for fishing). Jin is one of the most hardworking person just like other members but starting from zero in dancing and singing now matching the level of jimin or jk vocal is not very easy
What I like about Jin's personality is that his confidence comes from a place of humility and his goofiness comes from a place of maturity. That humility and maturity comes through in his voice and I always say his voice evokes nostalgia. It's also super stable - that's why critics call him 'Silver Voice'. 'Awake' is about feelings of inadequacy which is something Jin struggles with, so it's a very vulnerable song - _"Are you really okay?_ _Oh no_ _I answered, no, I’m so scared_ _But, holding six flowers tightly in my hands,_ _I’m only walking, I said...._ _....Maybe I, I can never fly_ _Like those flower petals over there,_ _as if I have wings, I can’t do so_ _Maybe I, I can’t touch the sky_ _But I still want to reach my hand_ _I want to try running, just a little more"_ - 'Awake', Jin It breaks my heart that it plagues him but I also relate to struggling with such thoughts. One of these days he'll look down and see he has been running on clouds. I miss him so much, but just a few more months and he's coming back to us! 😁
Awake is from 8 years ago so I would definitely say he's grown and he's much more confident and comfortable with himself and his abilities/skills as a singer and dancer. When he is finally free from the clutches of the military (4months to go aahhhh) and when he releases his solo album I just know he is gonna surprise everyone just like how he did with The Astronaut (because the song!?!! the high notes ?!?? mv?!??! He gave us a whole movie and storyline like it was just sooo good and I'm still not over it)
@@g100-w6j He has but I'm feeling emotional after he mentioned it again on Suchwita. I guess those kind of thoughts never completely go away, you only learn to manage them better. I wish he knew how good he is as an artist, but the rest of the guys are always quick to remind him whenever he starts to have doubts. 🥺 How amazing was he in 'Take Two' as well! He brings so much empathy to BTS's songs with his voice. Super excited for his album!
@@suga_rush the best cheerleaders you can have in your life is the other 6 tannies honestly. like one thing about them is that they will remind you how hard working, how skilled and amazing Jin/a member is and they r genuinely meaning 100% when they say it. Like they r not just saying it to say it you know what I mean. Like they believe their words and stand ten toes behind them. And yes Take two was a phenomenal track like it just squeezes my heart just right 🥹🥹🥺
