BTS | Tiny Desk Home Concert | FIRST TIME REACTION 

I think most army's will agree when I tell you that their songs are always better live. They'll do lots of great adlibs and additions you'll never get in the recorded song versions, even doing song remixes that were never published anywhere in concerts. A song recommendation from me to react to - because somehow many people seem to forget that this awesome song exists - is "Heartbeat" by BTS, you can find it here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-aKSxbt-O6TA.html - It's a song from a soundtrack to a game they released a few years ago for mobile phones - called BTS World - and the game includes a story with the question in mind "who would they (the members) be / what would they do if they didn't meet" - in the game you play a fan that travels back in time and becomes their manager and tries to get them together, the music video shows scenes from the game. Since the song isn't included in any official album of BTS many new fans don't even know that song exists...in fact even BTS forgot it existed (in one live jungkook did he was asking army to request only BTS songs for him to sing and we repeatedly asked for "heartbeat" and he really needed to google it to remember what the song was xD). So I like to remind army from time to time that this beautiful song exists. You look tired in this video, I hope you get some rest! Take care!

I only discovered BTS about a year ago, so I want around when this came out. When I hear them sing “Spring Day” here I can’t help but think how Army and BTS felt hearing and singing it. The words are very appropriate for that time and for BTS and Army being separated. That is one thing I love about music. It can be interpreted for different situations and times that are not the original meaning. I cried just now listening and thinking about that, so I’m sure most Army cried at the time.

Spring Day is the queen of BTS it's stayed in the Korean Charts for years. It's all about loss and the MV has many different reference's including the tragic lose of a large number of School kids when a ferry sunk due to corruption which included the then government officials that caused not just the ferry to fail due to removing bits of the structure so more cargo could be carried on it than was legal. But the Coast Guard wouldn't allow local fishing vessels to help rescue the Children. The captain and crew abandoned ship telling the Children and their teachers to stay where they were and wait for the coast guard to get them. Parents were on the quay side pleading with the Coast Guards to go get their children who were still alive on taking to their parents on their mobiles until it completely sunk.
