I really love this song too. I love your review. However, I guess for me the song matched the Hwarang Series completely. I will explain below. Spoiler Alert (You may not want to read this if you have not seen it. DogBird/Moo Myung (Park Seo-Joon) made a promise to his dying friend Mak Moon (Kwang Soo) to avenge his death and find his sister Ah-ro (Go Ara). Dog Bird could not save his friend, but he vowed to protect his dying friend's (Mak Moon) sister who died in the attempt to locate his sister with DogBird's help. The real father of Mak Moon found his dying son Mak Moon and was barely able to save DogBird and convince him to act like his son to avoid being caught since he was considered a pheasant and would have been hung for climbing over the wall if caught. To make the long story short DogBird often put himself in danger to protect Ah-ro, but was very conflicted because as he was pretending to be her brother he was also falling in love with her. DogBird almost died a couple of times protecting Ah-ro because he felt it was his duty to protect her and at the same time he fell in love with her.
