We discovered BTS in 2018 as they helped us get through our toughest days and they became the friends and role models we very much needed. They have taught us to love ourselves, and we try to promote the same message and values through our videos. On this channel, you can expect BTS reactions, funny BTS videos, us trying new activities BTS has done, us learning about the Korean culture, and pretty much anything else BTS related! Chris Martin studied BTS' discography and decided to put a dance break into 'my universe' so when they perform together BTS can dance....he genuinely appreciates the boy's and treat them so kindly, had fun with them....I can't even explain how good it feels to see that.

The fact that this song is mostly in Korean... that alone is a big deal, and speaks to the respect that Coldplay has for BTS. It wasn't about them coming in and assuming it would be all-English because they're an English band and they've been top artists for 20 years already. They connected so well because they're all such good, genuine people. And the song is about being "all one" and dissolving barriers - the perfect comeback to everyone who criticized BTS just for deigning to sing a cover of a Coldplay song! Who woulda thought that, all along, Coldplay and BTS have been working on THIS.

Historic Collaboration: This one is right up there with Michael Jackson and Sir Paul McCartney! I loved the reciprocal admiration of each other. Chris for BTS's unique talent; BTS members fanboying over an idol of theirs. You can see in our BTS men how they still do not see themselves as "the biggest band on the planet". They're in awe that a "celebrity" of Chris's magnitude would want to work with them. I also loved seeing Chris sitting on the studio floor as if he had just become 20 again! The other thing too about his "directing" or encouraging BTS members as they sang, well he is a dad of teenagers so maybe that experience helped as well - how to connect with 20's something BTS members. Imagine the excitement in the BTS members - There was Chris Martin - one of THEIR IDOLS - right in front of them, working with them, wanting to sing with them. I first saw Coldplay at their debut concert in Toronto, February 2001, in a rave/edm hall with 2000 people. To me, seeing this collaboration speaks to me of how the universe conspired to make this happen. We're students and teachers every single second of our lives and there was a need and a purpose to give life to My Universe. For me, it's not a coincidence that Chris had a melody and name stuck in his head. He was asked to connect with his kindred spirit (BTS) and bring this song to life. I'm happy Chris heard the call and BTS answered it. When kindred spirits finally hear their whale song being answered, they're no longer the loneliest whale. :)

Namjoon & Jhope went to Coldplay's concert few years ago. Also, I rewatch Bon Voyage season 1 recently and realized they were jamming to Coldplay's song already back then 😅 True fans. U & M, I truly really love your channel. When I watched this documentary, I immediately thought about you guys knowing you love this behind the scene. Everytime I watch your reactions, you rewind on scenes I rewind, even if you missed a second clip, you make sure to rewind it back cause you dont want to miss anything and make sure you appreciate every single detail. Thats the vibe I get. Thats when I subscribed cause I feel like this channel is genuine and love BTS just as much as we do. It's miracle collab because namjoon called us at 2016 during 3rd muster "YOU ARE OUR UNIVERSE" "I thought about how to make this relevant to #BTS. Since the lyrics go, "You are my universe" this song should definitely be dedicated to ARMY. I wrote the lyrics while picturing the day we reunite with ARMY " - RM

16:57 No, JK didn't say "child", he actually said the Korean word "자" pronounced as "Cha", which means "Now". It's part of the 2nd lyric sentence in his verse, i.e "Now, hold my hand", but he sings it a bit earlier, alongwith the 1st lyric sentence, so it seems like he's singing it together with the 1st line, that's why it feels like it's an English word, when it's actually a Korean word! 🙂

I so agree with you Uthman.. Being genuine truly shows. You can see it and you can feel it. I kind of felt bad when Joon said "he doesnt seem to have any prejudice".. Imagine all the fake people they probably have seen in the industry. People who just wants clout and not really appreciating BTS' art and messages. That's why im grateful for Chris so much for being so genuine with the boys. He totally gets BTS, their music, messages and how they are as people.. which makes the collab 1 zillion times special! 💜

Loved this documentary 💜 grew up listening to Coldplay’s music and BTS has had such a positive impact on my life since I found them, so this collab is everything. You can really see how genuine they all are and that they really do put their heart into it. I live on the other side of the US in MA but if I end up getting tickets I’m for sure hopping on a plane to LA. Thanks for the reaction and good luck with getting tickets. If you haven't seen it yet you need to react to Coldplay Viva La Vida live in Sao Paulo. The energy Chris gives when performing and the crowd giving him that same energy back, it's just a magical feeling. I wish i would've been there. Also there were pictures and videos of BTS attending the Coldplay concert in korea five years ago and they were fanboying hard, so i can't even imagine how it must've felt being in the same recording studio as him, doing a song together.

The fact that Chris Martin finds Jungkook impressive, so does Jenna Andrews, Jinbo, DJ Swivel, Sleepdeez, to name a few. It cements it even more how amazing Jungkook is, not that we don't know, but when professional musicians say this, you know that Jungkook is on the top level. This collab is wholesome, I love their chemistry, both bands are humble and their message, music, are healing.
