Oh yeah! My friend and teammate, Yoshi trained with him s little bit years ago. He and my coach were always my biggest inspirations when I was fighting. I didn't get to turn it into a career or anything period but I do miss training I'm just fighting I'm miss everything about it.

I patterned my whole style after him. Before I found a gym that taught muay thai, I used to teach myself by watching Buakaw. My teammates call me the "Black Buakaw" lol

destroyerimo also, the fight was in k-1 Max vs Vasily Shish. Incredible display of Buakaw and Shish was a really good nak muay. The entire fight is really fun to watch and it’s very interesting to watch for studying Buakaw’s style.

Just try it out - I've also done Judo and Muay Thai. Muay Thai is defs easier on the joints than Judo. More painful if you fight of course
