We watch a lot of the older shows. In fact we watch it almost every night. lol We love Sanford & Son, The Jeffersons, Threes Company, The Dukes of Hazzard and The Love Boat. Wow! Just wow! David wasn't kidding when he said I'd be in for a treat seeing this video! This restaurant seems to have a little bit of everything when it comes to pure Americana! All y'all's food looked good the burger, the pizza and the southern fried chicken. The only problem I'd have with this place is deciding what I'd like to eat and that's a good problem to have! And the fact everything is made from scratch makes it even greater! If we make it to Roanoke sometime this summer we will probably have to try this over Longhorn! The wife absolutely loves Texas Roadhouse so when she sees that this has connections to the franchise she'll definitely want to try this! Thank y'all funseekers y'all rock as always!

We just knew you would like this place. I like the menu and that it is different from Texas Roadhouse, but it still has amazing food. It took us awhile to decide what we wanted to get. I told David to decide what he wanted and then I'd decide. We try to get different things to show our subscribers a variety. Now that crooked fried cheese was also a great way to start a meal. All the entrees were perfectly prepared and delicious. I'm sure the desserts are outstanding too but we had no room. Hope y'all get to go here soon! Appreciate you Bradley!

It's so good! Definitely recommend that Chicken fried chicken dish. On our second visit I got the chicken tenders and shrimp combo. That was also excellent. David loved the onion rings there. Thanks for watching!

We just drove by this Bubba's 33 restaurant at Valley View Mall two days ago! We ended up eating lunch with my mother at Olive Garden at Valley View over the weekend. But we do have a Bubba's 33 a few towns away from where we live and have eaten there at least a dozen or so times in recent years. We love the food there - especially the burgers and pizza, of course. We only have one complaint about the Bubba's 33 near us - you can't hear anything. We have been their before with our church small group and with a group of our family members and the music was so loud you could only hear what someone was saying if they were sitting right next to you. We assumed that was just the rockin' vibe that Bubba's 33 goes for. So we were quite surprised to see that yall filmed in this Bubba's 33 and we could hear everything you said. Maybe it is just whoever manages the location closest to us that thinks obnoxiously loud music over dinner is a great idea. Anyway, the food is great. Glad yall got to try it!

We loved Bubba's and will definitely go back. However, the music in there is very loud, just like you described. We use mics when we do a review to help cancel out background noise(we don't want to get copyright on music). So we were so pleased to hear how well the mics picked up when we watched the footage. David was videoing and I was closer to our server and David couldn't hear what he said until he played the video back. lol I could hear him because I was near him. I told David that I wish we had mentioned in the closing about the noise level so people will know. Thanks for watching!

ok, hold on just a moment here…. the cheese sticks are so fun looking and different. my hubby loves cheese sticks. Also, i was sure that was bacon bits on the salad but how cool that they were tater chips of a sort. And David, you look like you got thinner.. what is your secret? you all are so much fun to watch! 😊

Those cheese sticks were definitely fun to try. Loved the spiral look and most of all they were so delicious. Your hubby would definitely love these. Potato sticks added a layer of crunchiness that was unique. I think it is my amazing videoing skills that made David look thinner! LOL Now if I could just teach him my skills so he could make me look thinner on the video. LOL Seriously, David says that is sweet of you to say. He is not doing anything different as far as his diet. He has been working a lot and probably too busy to eat as much. If you have a chance definitely try out Bubba's 33. Happy Memorial Day!

This might be one of your best video's, i got about halfway thru and i lost my wifi .after about an hour later the storm let up and i finished watching it. This place was fantastic, those appetizers were unique from the twisted cheese sticks to Cindy's salad with the potato sticks on top. And then came the star of the show your entrees. That burger of your's David was huge and those were some of the best looking onion rings. I had faith in you to join the clean plate club 👍 And that chicken Cindy looked so moist and those garlic mashed potatoes😅 and gravy was eye appealing and Carly's pizza looked scrumptious. I love sanford and son , all of Fred's friends, Bubba, Grady and Skillet were hilarious, if you get a chance watch the episode where Bubba trys to get his. dads records back, its called Blind mellow jelloy, its one of the best. My favorite # 33, would be Tony Dorsett, saw all his home games in 1976, when he led Pittsburgh to the national championship, and he won the Heisman trophy 🏆 You guys have a blessed holiday weekend, and thanks to all the men and women who fought for our freedom. The potato sticks were unique and tasty on a salad. All of our entrees were so delicious! We had a hard time deciding what to get. You know David loved those onion rings(and Carly did too). I wasn't sure he was going to get that clean plate award when I saw that huge burger come to the table. lol But he did! We watch Sandford and Son about every night. We either are watching RU-vid or the oldies. I have seen the episode you are talking about. Hopefully will watch it again soon. There are lots of #33's. That's cool that you were able to see Tony Dorset in his home games in 1976. That's something you will always remember. Enjoy your long weekend. That is one of those all time great country songs. I also liked Alan Jackson's version of the song. Hank actually wrote the song about George Jones but you are probably aware of that. There are so many Hank Jr. songs that we like. Now you have David and me singing different Hank Jr. songs we like. lol I have to share with you that we were in NYC on the subway and David was singing A Country Boy Can Survive. We did not know about this restaurant either until about 2 weeks ago. We also go to Texas Roadhouse often. What we liked so much about this restaurant is that even though it is a sister restaurant it has a completely different menu. The food is really good here! What a neat place ! I had forgotten about Bubba's 33 until now. I remember reading an article about the founder and his struggles during covid. Hated to see how his life ended. So sad! Anyway, back to some positive talk. Everything yall ordered looked great and the atmosphere in there is awesome. Bubba Watson (pro golfer) was one of the Bubbas that came to my mind first!

Don' forget the pro golfer, Bubba Watson. "33" is also the name of a famous beer brewed in Vietnam. There's also a "33" on the label of Rolling Rock Beer, for the year Prohibition ended, 1933. Lots of Texas Roadhouse cues inside and out. I notice very little duplication between the menus. I would've gone with a large order pf the onion rings, and the bone-in wings with mild sauce, (The one time I went boneless (Pizza Factory) reminded me of Chicken McFragments with hot sauce.) Or, the "Classic Cheeseburger" -without cheese.. o the Wild S'hroomin Burger Or, the ribeye to compare with Texas Roadhouse. The pizza looked really good for a fast casual chain. The bonus footage at the end was good. Great video! God Bless!

Lots of Bubbas and 33's. The restaurant was named for the owner who was called Bubba and the 33 represented the end of prohibition. I also thought about trying the shrimp and chicken since they both were hand battered there. Of course I bet the fish and chips is good too. So many options here but definitely different than Texas Roadhouse's menu. Appreciate your continued support! God Bless!

Have to congratulate you on getting your “clean plate award”. That burger was humongous; don’t know how you managed to get it in your mouth! Those onion rings looked absolutely amazing, and I know how you love them. Wish one of these restaurants was located closer to our hometown. If so, I’d definitely make it a favorite. Everything y’all had looked delicious. A great review. Enjoyed the comments added in bonus footage, especially the singing of “Bubba shot the jukebox”.

David was shocked that he was able to get the clean plate award on this one. Especially since we started with an appetizer. All of the food is made from scratch and is delicious. It would be nice if Lynchburg would get a Bubba's 33. You know it would stay packed. I like that it is open for lunch during the week. We had fun with the bonus footage! I had never heard of Bubba's 33 into a couple weeks ago! We definitely will be going back. Everything was delicious! I also like their hours. They are open until 11 during the week and midnight on the weekend. Do wish we would get one closer to us. Thanks for watching and commenting.

You can go to Bubba 33s website they have their locations listed it it is of course owned by Texas Roadhouse Steak chain my most current one open October and it has been slam packed every single day since people have to wait
