This cartoon is the 1st time Colonel Rat makes his only appearance in an B.A.P. Ltd. Bubble and Squeek cartoon cause he got his own cartoon months later: “Bubble & Squeek present The Colonel 🐭 and Willie (The 🐛 Worm) in Loch Ness Legend”, 1948, Produced & Directed by George Moreno, JR. This is The last B.A.P. Ltd. cartoon to use America’s Favorite Soundtrack Device: Western Electronic Sound Recording & Also, this is The only time when Bubble The 👨 Man & Squeek The 🚕 Cab are losers at the end and Colonel Rat 🐀 wins up victorious. Btw, who’s voices Frankenstein, Col. Rat and the owl in this episode?🦉 🐭

Okay, I don't know what cartoon you lot are watching, but this nonsense about Bubble and Squeek "losing at the end" has got to stop! Yes, the timing is somewhat confusing, but here's how it goes: the Colonel lands on some planks, which become stilts, his parachute covers him, he starts lomping about, looking like a ghost. A suit of armor with sword (from who knows where?, perhaps dislodged from the balcony by the cannons in the painting blasting away) lands on Bubble, the two heroes chase the "ghost", Mr. B. whacks at the stilts repeatedly, reducing them to a pile of blocks with the Col. perched on top, displaying his medals and advertising a "fire sale". Bubble, realizing that the spooky threat was overblown, does a cartoon swoon, iris out. No one dies, no one loses. Serious!
