Someone had said everything our forefathers went through and if they were able to do it we are able to be isolated for a short period of time and that resonated with me so much and I thought wow that is so true. I remember my grandfather telling me how they would eat ketchup soup during the depression and sometimes that would be their only meal of the day. Somehow it puts things in perspective to me and makes me feel grateful for what I have. I am just praying for all the families that have loved ones that have come down with this virus, praying they are blessed with all the love and support around them to get through this, my heart goes out to every single one of them.
you don't have to go that far back. I was born in 1990 in the Balkans and my whole childhood was pretty much grenades and death. I do fear this but I have gone through worse.
I can be scared and still achieve things 😊 (whatever that looks like in these trying times) And thank you Shu An for being honest and yet still light and compassionate about the covid situation 💜

also m frm India one thing we do is whenever we get groceries n snacks we put it in designated area(isolated place) n then we sanitize everything like clean snack packaging with dish soap n water same with vegetables smtimes we use bakind soda too after the dish soap bcz of the pesticide but the key is to go through 3 water cycle this way outside containment don't effect our home environment also keep ur money notes away frm u bcz they r big carrier too try going digital but if nt again keep money in a designated place where ur nt touching it everytime
