Those fountains from Unirii in the week end they do an amazing show with lights & music for 1 hour : 21 :00 till 22:00 ( months from june till september ) ❤

Yes,the new Cathedral is to the west of the, Parliment (via Izvor Park). At the beginning you were in United Nations square,so you can walk to Parliment via Strada Apolodor (5 mins).
