The level of acting is first class. These two guys bring it. I think that's why everyone is so enraptured by this story line. The emotions are all right there.

@@KAriedoll Tommy did push Evan away in the previous episode because he thought Evan wasn't ready (which he clearly said). Because of this, Tommy doesn't strike me as a kind of a gay man who would want to hide his relationship in front of people.
Buck is adorable and is just a bundle of jumbled up chaotic energy. Tommy is so attractive, calming and full of confidence (and has a cleft 🫠). They balance each other so well.
These two straight actors are giving me the most wonderful queer representation I could ever ask for. I love this, and aside from that toxic fandom this ship - as Lou have said -thriving!
Tommy makes buck so happy. Let’s keep him with buck. Let our boy have someone for the long run (maybe endgame? Fingers crossed!). This storyline has great potential. It feels different and fresh. Buck deserves a partner that loves him.

Buck by far its my fav on the show. And this is the happiest I’ve been seen in 7 seasons, so I’m on board with this and I don’t care what’s buddies Stan don’t like Tommy and want to prove in each frame how Eddie is jealous or faking a smile. Just be happy for Buck.😊
I LOVE IT!!! I will never get over Buck's smile as he talks to (flirts with) Tommy right before their first kiss. When I watched that for the first time I remember being like, "Wow, they are really close, and Buck's got his flirty smile on, it's almost like they're gonna.....but they're not gonna - !...OH SHIT THEY DID THAT!" :P AWESOME VIDEO and SUCH a good song choice!!!!
I promised I wasn’t going to watch this until I watched 7x06 (haven’t had the time yet) but I couldn’t help it and I legit just SQUEALED when Buck kissed Tommy covered in soot like that. He looks SO happy. I know he is just a fictional character, but Buck is honestly so important to me and I am grinning and crying happy tears rn, my bi heart CANNOT..
I've been coming back here all day long! I was a Buddie shipper, but I'm a changed woman now, honestly since the moment Tommy came into the picture, I hope he stays and Buck is finally happy ❤!!!!

I love the look on Buck's face after Tommy kisses him for the first time. It's like, "Wow, what was that?" immediately followed by "I get it now. This is what I've been missing." Been there, done that and know a LOT of people who have been and done the same thing.

I don’t think the writers of this show would go with the “bury your gays” trope for them. I am very optimistic about their future to be honest. The writers and Oliver wanted this storyline for a long time and so far had been treating it with so much care that I don’t see them having a sad or tragic ending. I could be wrong of course, but queer love stories have been handled quite well in the recent years, most of them had happy endings. Let’s hope this one is also a happy ending

Gotta say, that kiss at the hospital is hot as hell. The way Buck was just kind of cupping his jaw… And he looks so happy. I’m a Buck/Eddie fanfic writer, sure, but if Tommy is what makes a Buck this happy in canon - I’m thrilled to bits. And hey, they can never take Buck being Bi away from us, so alternate universe Buck/Eddie is still there just for fun. What an awesome character growth!
That would be awesome. I also predict that Tommy's calming influence may contribute to Bobby eventually seeing new maturity in Evan and promoting him to Captain.

Look I know that I like girls 2 So I know that I'm Bi. But men are at another level. The way Buck is feeling and expressing himself is how I feel. It hits different than with a woman....like it clicks together so well between buck & tommy. It gives you the feeling when they say "it felt right falling in love with you" You can fall in love with women to, but it's just different. I don't know how to explain it....the dynamic, the excitement of 2 men

i was behind catching up on this season but i just binged it and had to relive these moments. you did such a perfect job on this video i downloaded it to save and watch over and over again. this legit made me so emotional i cried
I don't care if it is Tovan and Buddie anymore, as long it is someone who will stay with Buck come hell or high water, they will have my vote. I don't want and need anymore trauma on the list that Buck has.
I feel like they just want to have love that's genuine and they can fall for each other. Right now it is just a like or lost situation. They both have a wrecked past and can be good for each other
I honestly hope so much that now that ABC has given us the greatest gift EVER, that they keep it! Because I can't put into words how happy I am for this development! It feels like everything FINALLY clicked! Everything just feels right in every single sense! 😍 Although, I can't deny that once - yes - I really rooted for some romantic development between Buck and Eddie, but... Well, I believe that all viewers who are from the queer community, as well as the allies, are fully aware of what was being made of this previously! So, to be brutally honest, the prospect of the characters Eddie and Buck becoming a couple was largely manipulated and worn out and, regrettably, ended up losing its appeal... 😔 I mean, at least for me! Because, I personally didn't like being so blatantly disrespected as an audience when - surprise, surprise! - the show depends precisely on the audience to stay on the air! Having said that, I can't help but admire and be immensely grateful to ABC for all the initiatives taken in relation to the development of the script! I just hope the pattern remains, along with all the new decisions for the current canon! Because, even though I can't help but grieve for Buddie, it's something I've decided to let go of! 🥺
Now everyone is going to think their romances will be like this one. Please remember these are very good actors and they are following what is written for them. Kudos to the writers!!!
The way Buck looks at Tommy (and even Eddie, sometimes) is very much different from the way he looks at his girlfriends. He looks so much more interested in Tommy and Eddie, the way his body seems to be more animated, the way his expressions shift subtly. Oliver is a really great actor.
