Here's my race Bucket List for ultra marathons! This was definitely the hardest episode to film of the series because there's so many amazing ultra marathons around the world I'd love to run one day. It was hard to condense them down to just 5 races, this video could have literally gone on for hours!

Wow.....that’s some prize pot! I too love Stance socks so some new colours would be great, also like the look of the BTR gilet (Mrs Boss worries when I run in the dark during the winter), I also like what I hear about Doxa so it would be great to try some of their gear!

Hi Lloyd, I watch all your posts. I haven't stopped running all year, your videos helped me and inspired me to create and run my first ultra distance, 54K across the new forest. I've also tried to inspire many others (my friends and club) to keep going this year, with a weekly 5K challenge, a 13m checkpoint run and other virtual races. What I'm saying is your videos inspired me to inspire others so thanks for a great running year and keep the videos coming. Dan (PS: I love that saysky jacket but it all looks great :-) :-) )

Only problem is I go out and order everything you recommend! The BTR gilet has been a great addition for the dark, cold mornings. Thanks for giving us honest reviews and introducing us to some brands we might not otherwise hear about, especially out here in California. That Saysky jacket looks amazing, and did I see Dr. Seuss Stance socks?! My head is spinning! When you get into Western States, you have a place to stay and a support crew!

Congrats on 10k subs and great prizes. Onwards and upwards! Since watching your recent vlogs i've become a fan of the gilet + 'armies' tucked into my naked waist band. That along with a snake bandage, as i am in Australia after all. I can't say i would support the world marathon champs from an environmental perspective. I think the future legacy won't read so well. Thanks very much 👍 I had a place in the race many years ago but didn't take it up because its so much money! I know it's a well know ultra marathon but it's definitely not the toughest foot race in the world like MDS advertises it! I personally think for the amount of money they want you could do 4 or 5 amazing races around the world and pay for all your travelling expenses. Congratulations on reaching 10k! You produce really amazing content and actually inspired me to try and explore trails a bit (I was definitely more of a road runner). Those ultra marathons look amazing, perhaps one day I will be able to try it (aiming to complete 50k Run to the Sea in 2021 and then will see, maybe I would try to take a bigger challenge. Well done to the sponsors, all those prizes look amazing, but I would probably like to win a BTR Hi Viz Gilet or Stance socks (there is no such a thing as too many socks, and those designs look great). I would love to meet you one day once I am in Cornwall :) Once again, thanks a lot for producing such an inspiring content!

Congratulations on the 10k 🥳🍾, and I’d love to get my hands on the harrier pack (probably the 10l one), as I could really do with a new pack as mine is starting to weaken in places and is starting to get a lot of holes in it 🤦🏻‍♂️, as I use mine all the time, especially on long runs on the trails

Don't forget that Western states is a fast mellow terrain kind of race. I remember Sage Canaday a while ago running it in his Hoka Mach which are road runners !

It's fast and mellow for the Pro's! It's still 100 miles in the mountains in super tough weather condition (very hot) It still has 5000m of ascent and this all happens at altitude! Not sure I'd call that mellow 😉

@@Run4Adventure Easy peasy ! By mellow i meant the technicality of the terrain. Better suited for a hybrid runner like Walmsley than a pure alpine like Jornet or D'Haene. A walk in the park for you i'm sure 😜
