This is a video off the "Guitar lesson" with Buckethead on the State Theatre. *Disclaimer* I had permission to use this by "Petesbloddyhand" **************** Enjoy! Also note that the Paul Gilbert lessons ARE coming. Thanks
I don't know if he put any chickens to sleep, but he put me into tears. My dog went to sleep recently. He's not coming back. That tune made me think of him.
11 years later till this day in 2020 idc what any one says or thinks, buckethead is truly a legend.. His passion for playing & for his fans is truly unique!
Contrary to popular belief, it is a lesson. Not nessecarily a lesson scale by scale, but a lesson teaching you basically anything is possible when buckethead is holding a guitar
Been into music for 55 years have listened to everyone from Richard's to The band Tuba skinny This Buckethead is the Greatest guitar player on this or any other planet! Trust me
how can you not stare at Buckethead the whole time , whether on stage or not but especially on stage?! i'd be fainting after looking at him though. did they pick these people up from the street? jesus, i would be star struck
@mavison sullivan:hmmmm...Almost anything.Buckethead is TRULY amazing! But,I think he would struggle with "The Sheltering Sky "by King Crimson guitar sensei Robert Fripp from the album "Discipline ".✨🎼🙏🏼🎼✨🇨🇦🤔
I saw him second row at the token lounge and it was still so hard to get a good picture of his Mesa Cab setup. I love how can switch to clean sounds so drastically.
Chickens for sleep, he can touch my soul with just improvising. He is true essence of music. My hero, my Psychiatrist, my Psychologist, my Everything !!!!!!
In 5:40, at the same time as the viewer in the background shouts "you're crazy!" he put the plec between his fingers.... in an incredible fast way to play acoustic with his fingers!
@Issac Biehl:Ahem...Mr.Biehl,sir.After several listens ,I surmise ....that the scale that Mr.Head had employed ,is from page 237 of Nicolas Slonimsky's"Thesaurus of Scales and Melodic Patterns ":l'etude #7 diminished enharmonic Phrygian (modified) in F sharp minor .I had 2 employ my holophonic quantum analyzer from Zucarelli Audiophonic Laboratory in Switzerland;2 remove the array of signal processing gear, that ,as we know is such an integral part of the Buckethead sound. It was only then I was able 2 arrive at my conclusion.I have only one time B4 heard this scale employed in performance. It was from #6 of Nicolo Paganini's 24 Caprices as played by Itzhak Perlman. I hope that this will bring closure,2 your most excellent query.Thank U.✨🎼🙏🏼🎼✨
Question for Bucket.....can you play the beginning of QUADRANT 4 By TOMMY BOLIN - off the LP......Billy Cobham - SPECTRUM -- NOTE FOR NOTE BUCKET. Thank you kindly.
On further notice I think it's name is "Arc of Pendulum" Sorry I messed things up and that song is from Cucko clocks from hell and another song he plays in Slaughterhouse riffs is the song called spoke of wheel torment.
Bucket? A fox has snuck in my yard the last three nights and killed five of my chickens, can you play me something I can listen to while I hide in my pool tonight with my rifle. Siege Engine!!!!
My jaw would just drop to see how he just comes up with each riff like its nothing ! XD hahaha I would be nervous to stand infront of a crowd so i can understand the reaction of the kids asking the questions but jeez i'd be way more visibly impressed XD hahaha !
