Mornin Travis! That is definitely a fun one to shoot. I did quite a little bit of work on that one to smooth things out. If anybody has one that they want me to tune let me know. The scope is about perfect for that setup. I never use the lazer or lighted reticle. I am pretty sure there is a version out there that doesn't have that stuff. The scope will focus down to 3 yards or less which is awesome. I do wish the reticle had thinner lines. I am glad you dig it man! Happy Shootin!
NIce job Travis! I have the Chaser Kit with the additional 16" barrel and the carbine stock! It's well worth the extra 60 donalds. Accurate little Co2. There is a PCP replacement insert for the Co2. I'm looking into. May be on the wish list soon! Thanks for sharing with us today!
It's going to be a slippery slope from here on. These are great little rifles and very backyard friendly. I hope you will this rifle for some time, it will give you plenty of smiles. Run some JSB through there and you will be amazed at the results
Nice micro carbine! Been really wanting a NOTOS or P rod or PCP bandit! What scope brand was that? Oh ps I got a fill station in my garage ready for it!
I'm running the longer barrel on mine. I have the Froggy's Airguns drop block with a 13ci tank on it. I'm not exaggerating when I say I'm getting 500 shots per fill at 7 fpe. It's an awesome plinker.
The Chaser is kind of the CO2 version of the Diana Bandit PCP, which I have. My Bandit has a really odd quirk. It shoots about like it's supposed to most of the way across its pressure scale, from full, almost to its drop off point. That's where it gets weird. Its velocity is usually in the high 500's. In the bottom end before drop off, the velocity actually goes up. The little thing actually gets up near 800 feet per second just before it starts to drop off steeply. I had to chrony it to find out what's going on, because I could hear the significant difference in time it takes between my shot and impact. I'm guessing it's something to do with its valves. It kind of makes me want to find out the exact pressure where it peaks, and put a regulator in its air chamber so it always runs at that pressure. Losing nearly half of my tank volume in exchange for making it run at nearly 20 foot pounds of energy seems a good trade-off.
Looking good boss ! Terry makes some real nice stuff ! Hey is that scope a 2.5 x 10 with the built-in laser and the scope mounts are built into the scope so they cannot be removed ??
Good Sir, I Just ordered a Chaser in .22. Would love to have a list of the parts from BUCKRAIL that you put on yours. Thank You So Very Much! FMR Intelligence Officer
