What is the name of the red and big bowl where you do the noodles .I want to by one and I don’t know the name.besides is very difficult to find one in my country (argentina) I make my soba at home
Yes it takes practice to make one that doesn’t break. You can use noodle machine or cut with knife too. Otherwise, you can also do the usual style which is 80-20% buckwheat and all purpose flour.
