Hot Tamale Baby is essential zydeco. Buck learned it playing organ for Clifton Chenier, the King of Zydeco. Buck did a guest shot with the Paul Shaffer band the night Martha Stewart returned to the Letterman show following her jail stint, and Buck suggested playing this to bring her on. She loved it!
