Thank you very much for watching. Here's my take on Budbud/Suman Malgkit recipe. It's sweet sticky rice in creamy coconut milk, wrapped in banana leaves. It's delicious! I hope you'll try my recipe.
Ingredients for Budbud/Suman Malagkit
2 C Glutinous Rice, soaked in water for at least 2 hrs.
1/2 C Brown Sugar, fully-packed
1/3 C White Sugar
1 tsp Salt
2 C Coconut Milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Steam for 1hr and 45 minutes.
