@@tihseht472 Nah it's more like he doesn't obsess over RP, he's not terminally online like other streamers or viewers. Dude's one of the few people who fully disconnects from RP when he's not streaming.
CG would only care if The Union is still trying to screw them over and would only use that info to give it to the mayor But Tuggz and maybe 2 other members in CG would actually use the info they get from others (if they can get their hands on) to use it for themselves, as weapon to their enemies, or information that can be used against groups which would in turn make Mr K care.... people forget Mr K is taking a slow pace in this 4.0 so he doesnt really care about 90% of what happens in the city only major key points that affect his gngs growth; his gang investigates that 90% and just catch him up on certain things and would usually just pocket some of that info, thats how he always moves forward
