Buddhist cosmology is made up of three realms - a formless realm, a form realm and a desire realm. Within the desire realm, there are 6 levels, which include heavens and hells. Buddhist cosmology is about understanding impermanence and the inter-connectedness of existence, and our spiritual journey within it.
