Fantastic show at Centennial Hall in London. Loved hearing Quinn for the first time and loved seeing Buddy for the first time. It was a great evening. Thank you.
This was an extraordinary performance for the new and best blues prodigy . I grew up around the Vaughn Bros and Antones Austin’s home of the blues. Have seen all the young players. Quinn takes top in a shorter time. This is super exciting to see and hear. Thank you for the most shocking awesome performance I have seen maybe ever. In Maui 🌺
yeah, respect for music! whats most important is not an ego, its the music put first! i have a new found respect for buddy guy, not that i didnt allready respect him! spot on comment brother!
Glad to see Buddy Guy take Quinn Sullivan under his wing to teach him the blues the way it should be played. Even tho i miss Stevie Ray Vaughan every day that goes by. Buddy Guy is great and Quinn will keep Buddy's name out there for years to come.
what a wonderful video to watch to them in concert would be a great experience...buddy loves this kid and really is amazed by his playing he really enjoys playing with him you can feel it!
Funny some years ago a lot of people said he faked it was cocky but it's much quieter now he still is a great blues artist. And so much more to come... Big fan Quinn
br, Buddy Guy shares a stage with a child, and all you can say is ''he plays Voodoo Child too fast'' He seems to keep time with the band! When was the last time Buddy Guy invited you onto the stage to jam? Not even in your dreams!
Really Great Playing Performance By Everyone Here, But The Sound Audio Quality Was Very Terrible & Distorted!! What Happen To The Recording Engineer? He Must Of Went To Sleep When They Were All Playing!! :(
Listen to Buddy's Blues - 6/4/16 Western Maryland and you may change your opinion. I agree this isn't as good as some of his other performances but I certainly wouldn't mind if I could play as well as this young man... ...
It's important to remember that this young man is still very much growing musically, finding his own path. Think he can't play the blues as well as any steeped pro? Go to the youtube site "8 year old guitar whiz and Buddy Guy" and then tell me he can't play the blues as well as the best.
br, on second thoughts, why don't you set up a challenge, like ''Duelling Banjos'' in Deliverance. You get up on stage and go head to head with Quinn, and show him how it's done! Buddy will be the referee!
He's finding his voice - he's just a teenager and has plenty of time to make his vocal mark. Has 2 albums out, some of which he's written. One is "Buddy's Blues," where he tells the story of meeting The Master when he was just 7. There are many videos of him here on RU-vid.
