Buddy Rich - Porgy and Bess 

I don't know if it's the genius of Gershwin or the genius of Buddy and his amazing musicians, but either way, the combination of these two masterminds goes beyond many musical attempts. Great score. Great execution with taste. That was Buddy.

Beautiful change during his solo from 6/8 ro 4/4, then bring the band back in to 4/4. And he couldn;t read music. The genus just felt it. Amazing man.
