How do you find the Parnis compares

@@LastWatch from the One Parnis and three Pagani I have, plus the multiple reviews on multiple styles of watches comparing them both they seem about the same as Pagani ... In each style one seems to have just a slight edge over the other. The GMT Parnis on the jubilee is nice, no display caseback no writing on the solid caseback but I don't need that, already have it in my Pagani Submariner (the 43mm Hulk submariner which does not sit too large on my 7.5 inch wrist - I know some have issues with the size I don't). Two of the Pagani's i have are mecha-quartz so hard to compare those. QC on both brands seems good - not perfect but i don't have issues with mine, cyclops lines up, bezel and indexes do too. Parnis usually falls below Pagani on the bracelet but I like my Parnis jubilee. Was hard to size up, links can be a bit sharp but it wears nicely and I have no problem with the double pusher clasp, no awkward hump as on some Parnis clasps. My Parnis has the same issues with the GMT hand when re-pushing the crown in, jumps slightly. My understanding is that a true GMT bezel is supposed to rotate both ways but like the Pagani only goes one direction, both are 120 click. Lum on both brands are lacking - one major area I wish they would improve. Sapphire crystal on both. Parnis doesn't give water resistance but after watching pressure tests on I Like Watches2 channel they both seem about the same. Screw in signed crown that actually lines up. No grinding on the crown. Sometimes awkward getting the crown pulled out to the right setting. GMT can be set independently. Hacks and handwinds. Screw links. I didn't notice any half links, solid end links, divers extension, three micro adjusts on the clasp and drilled thru for easy adjustment - Paganis often are not making micro adjusts awkward. Movement is the same I understand - but Parnis unlike Pagani does not say 'Japan Movement', PRnis also does not say Explorer. Just has Parnis at the 12 and GMT and Automatic at the 6. Packaging is always better on the Pagani. I like them all - especially for the prices. Both brands are well spec'd and well priced and are almost always compared head to head.

Last Watch just received today. Seems to be fine. Just two issues 1. Too much back play in the bezel 2. The number of 4 letter words I had to use to get the plastic off

Sounds like it may be pot luck with the movement, did you consider claiming on the warranty, now that would be a test

@@LastWatch I just take it as pot luck. The only guarantee you are covered for is postal delivery. That is why I am loath to spend close to £200 on any. I know the QC is not there. Recent disappointments include impurities on the watch case metal that cannot be polished away and 7750 automatic chronograph with totalisers not resetting to zero. Unfortunately terrible service experiences with Swiss watches from the likes of Fraser Hart have thrown me into the arms of cheap chinese watches. All I need now is a good UK based watchmaker that would service these watches for a fair price. Next stop for me is a Vostok; with a 10 year service interval, original design, in-house movement, it ticks all the boxes.

@@LastWatch I store it in a small wooden box with a few more watches. No strong magnetic fields are near and no contact with speakers... You are the second person to suggest the magnetic field... Thanks!!!

Could your watch have become magnetized ? If not it sounds like you were unlucky with the movement and could ask for a replacement. It may well improve after a few weeks of wearing in, if things dont improve and you're feeling brave you could try adjusting the regulation

Last Watch pagani store. That’s what makes it more frustrating. I brought 5 watches during the last Ali express sale and of that the addies has no tritium, the bliger sea master has a loose crown like a spinning top, the issues with this pagani design, and the cadisen AP is missing in action it is 1 week off 3 months. The only one that has not been defective is a corgeut aqua terra. So yeah a run of bad luck on watches from 5 different stores on AliExpress has left a bad taste in my mouth.

@@djzrobzombie2813 well based on reviews from here and other channels something wearable to start with. Yes I know they are cheap watches but on these channels they always seem to be of a half decent quality. What I have received had been utter crap. Think buying a cheap new car like a Cherry or Kia but the headlights are misaligned, the steering wheel does not turn the car and the tint on the windows has been put on but has bubbles everywhere.

Sorry to hear that, I just reviewed my Hulk which has similar issues to your Batman. It seems the QC issues differ from watch to watch. Did you not consider returning it under their 3 day guarantee

@@LastWatch I also noticed the GMT ' third hand ' seems to be running at quarter speed. Shame as it's a nice looking watch and bracelet. I won't sell it, it seems to keep reasonably good time. I'll give it to my dear old dad.

I won't return mine as they want me to pay for the freight ! Evidently the best I can do is get a partial refund . Whatever that means . Here's my rating. 2 out of ten.

It's an nh35 or solid copies... I haven't heard many bad reviews of the nh35 movement

I bought a CITIZEN automatic for 96 quid....hey each to their own....if you rate these fine....but the longer term reviews will decide....but I doubt they'll be a AAA copy standard....look folks they're knocking thousands of these out in Chinese factorys dont kid yourselves ....after a while the watch will have more chance of giving you Covid19 than the correct time...

Pagani make copies of well known watches and power them with copies of a well known watch makers movement. The assembly is at best hit and miss, quality control is essentially non exsistent and they are retailed from an internet site that has a long history of retailing anything and everything at the lowest possible price and quality. It is also the go to place, (allegedlly), if you want to purchase fake goods. Taking all that into consideration that doesn't scream quality but does shout "crap". Why waste your money, particularly when a portion of every sale price goes to fund the Chinese communist party, as does any Chinese made product. And what a great bunch of lads they are. I would suggest that across the world peoples appetite for cheap goods based on intellectual property theft that are substandard and help support a brutal dictatorship are waning. Just my opinion. You make great videos, by the way and I look forward to your next one.

I was curious and couldn't find an occupation for him other than youtube luxury watch reviewer, Australian Rail critic and occasional travel critic. I thought maybe he inherited his wealth and then saw the net worth - sorry not someone I wish to emulate. i'll admit Pagani QC is hit or miss, lum is poor ... but Seiko NH35 or mecha-quartz, solid end links, screw links, 316L stainless case and bracelet, screw down crown, 100m water resistance, ceramic bezel, sapphire glass (or sapphire coated) etc. For well under $100 that is value for money. Is it Longines, Rolex, Patek Phillip etc. Quality - obviously no ... but it is also no where near the price. $30-$60,000 for a Rolex Daytona and $75 for Pagani - and I've had two Rolex wearers think my Pagani was the Daytona at first glance (I did correct them and explain what it was - fyi they both were curious about it asked to see it and liked it). I like those watches, and respect their heritage, innovativeness and quality, but i can't afford them so for now I buy lower end similar styles I like and can afford (mortgage, retirement and kids college comes first). I so have a Tag Heurer, JLC and a Rado btw. I would of course be thrilled if someone who can afford them would gift them to me or buy one for me - no? Ok so then I will buy watches that are quality for money and that I can afford. As for copying and QC ... remember the U.S. during the industrial revolution did the same thing beating the Europeans ... and the Japanese and Koreans (Steel, cars, ships, electronics etc.) did it again to the west in the 70's-90's so a bit disingenuous to pick on the Chinese doing it now.
