cEDH is proxy friendly, why are we limiting budget? $400 isn't a budget deck either. Your video you can do whatever you want, just curious the idea behind this.
not all events for cEDH are proxy friendly. While the community as a whole is proxy friendly there are events from some locals to command fest that dont allow em sadly.
@GallantLee it's a small lgs but here we do weekly tournaments and it's no proxies are allowed. The budget can be dropped by $100 by removing the fetchlands.
“Budget build” - $400 Bro, I was upset when one channel asked for $100 to upgrade this deck, now this one wants even more? 😂 This is a casual format people. Stop letting Hasbro control your wallets and just enjoy the game. You can literally play this deck out of the box Or maybe spend $5 getting rid of the worst 10 cards that are obviously suboptimal. It’s not that deep (And even if I did want these cards for some reason, I would literally just print them out. Once Wizards writes the card information on Gatherer, it’s quite literally free to take a pen and scribble some words on a blank piece of cardboard - They can’t stop you!)
The sad truth is I was looking for more budget friendly replacements for expensive cards, and not every card can be replaced. The price for upgrades depends heavily on how optimal you want the deck to be.
I like the spell package you are using. I have some of the more expensive spells already so I can swap them in as needed. I wouldn't mind seeing a Voja, Jaws of the Conclave deck tech from you as wrll.
