Seun, I am not a lawyer and I am not a politician but I follow Nigeria politics keenly even from outside the country. Now let me say it boldly and very clearly that Rivers state political crisis gets deepen because 90% of Nigerians interterfering on the matter is doing so based on their interest and not on the interest of Rivers State or people of Rivers State. Even Osagie talking there can not talk without taking side because he is an APC member who want Nigeria to be party system and a former law maker which makes him biased and never see anything wrong in what Rivers State law makers are doing to make Rivers ungorvernable for Sim Fubara. Mind you, even court judges are not exempted because they have rediculed courts judgements from day one of the Rivers State political crises. It is surprising how lawyers and justices come to interview teles and be quoting articles to suit their thinking and their selfish interest and not for the purpose of rule of law and peace of the nation and Rivers State in particular. Corruption is too much in Nigeria and the country is gradually becoming a country losing hope on the judiciary.

Amehule or whatever they call you, you decamped and so you have lost your seat as speaker. You are no longer the speaker of the Rivers state house of assembly no matter what you pay to any judge.

If I ever have case with anybody or institution. I will take it to God.

I knew all along the Rivers State Governor remain the greatest enemy of himself. Wisdom, is always profitable to direct, otherwise, it absence leads to destruction. A wise person would lay-in-wait to grap the second term before picking up a fight with a man well grounded like Wike. Like it or not the lawmakers boxed themselves to a permanent corner and may never make laws for at least Fubara's first tenure, having decamped to APC, irrespective of denial. We often forget that the genesis of these messes started when Wike goaded his sheepish lawmakers to impeach Fubara when he felt Fubara wasn't keeping to their secret agreement. No one sits idle and let his balls roast, Fubara fought back with whatever he could lay his hands on and it is called survival strategy.

(b) Abuse of the fiscal provisions of the Constitution and includes some acts which in the opinion of the House of Assembly, could constitute grave misconduct to wit: (a) Refusal to perform constitutional functions. (b) Corruption. (c) Abuse of office or power, etc. And that such a person is not a fit and proper person to hold the office of Governor or Deputy Governor.

Fubara will remain governor and finish his term, all this noise makers cannot do anything, wike is finished politically in rivers state, those following wike just want to chop part of the money he made in politics.

What is that fate of the 25 house members that defected from PDP to APC in Rivers state? Will the Supreme Court accept their fate as pre election matter? Are these people qualified to receive and approve the governor's budget? The Appeal court can judge that certain numbers of members of the house of assembly should approve a budget, but can members who have lost their house membership seat by decamping to another party approve budget ? The Supreme Court would have to change his previous ruling on Abegunde and others. Or is decamping from one party to another party now a pre-election matter as judged by Wike's rogue Abuja High Court judgements? If Nigerians have lost fairh in Judicuary, because it is only for APC members, then we will see if the Supreme court will finally lose its respect and eat its vomits on the house memmers that decamped from PDP to APC

Presentation of the Budget is not the issue but the position of the illegitimate 27 ex-members of Assambly whom the Constitution has lawfully vacated their seats by virtue of their myopic decision to defected to APC while seating in the mandate of PDP. This defection happened openly on the floor of the Chamber on live TV on the watchful eyes of Nigerians, covered by many media agencies. They also go further to backed it up with signed Affidavit. But it seemed that Judiciary is trying to prove to Nigeria that it will be the instrument used to destroy her
