I get the reason behind cleaning your setup up for a photo or video but if you're going to compare it to your uncleaned setup before, maybe show an after shot from a week later when it's messy so you can get a real idea of what the makeover actually did, not boosted by being dirty vs clean.

for the bed i recommend getting a cheap mattress but splashing out on a mattress topper, especially a memory foam one, i got one for like $200 from ikea and it’s literally so comfy

This video inspired me a lot because your bedroom design as a student can improve productivity and I really like your bedroom layout. Thanks for sharing! I am a Chinese senior high student. I actually use a shelf below the computer monitor so I can put my keyboard and mouse more eaily. Also, I put my alarm clock under the monitor so I can see the time easily while using the computer.

An easy fix for an uncomfortable mattress is a foam mattress topper. 1-2 inch thick foam makes a world of difference and Walmart has them for around $25.

I have a 12x11 bedroom and have a queen bed. My current desk is around 40x18 inches and it’s a bit small. I’m looking for a good sized desk that will also fit nicely, I looked at the linnmon at ikea but it’s too big for me. Anyone have any suggestions? Also getting a smaller bed is not an option.
