Hey there Dylan! I’m an old guy who grew up spending free time “basic gear and budget camping”. Still do it today although the old bones have forced me onto a cot in the back of a stripped down used mini-van. I loved this “return” video of yours to the kind of basic camping videos you made with the soft top. Please make more of these “basic gear and budget camping” videos. We’ve always packed a small rake and shovel for cleaning up the camp site. We never burn plastic and clean up all the trash. Leave the camp site better than when we got there. 😊. My folks taught me this 60 years ago. My kids do the same. 🙂 I’ve always liked the simpler camping. It was a sheet of plastic for a tent when needed. Mostly fir bows or leaves for under the sleeping bags under the stars. Everything was cooked over the campfire. If we had a pickup like yours we would have done it yourself way. 😁. Nice relaxing video. 👍

I like your budget camping idea. When I go out camping, I pack in so much junk that I never wind up using. Your new shell looks great on your truck. Same shape as mine with the extra head room which makes it nice. And you really had some good video editing. That slo-mo fire was awesome looking.

I have a SUV tent that I attach to the back of the truck, nice to have when it rains out. Takes more time to setup, but gives you a nice dry, bug free area to camp in.

I love the new shell for your truck bed, it always pays to be patient, and wait, the right shell came along and matches perfectly to your truck. That's awesome! Good job, Dylan. I don't understand why people have to be such pigs, I mean, staight up nasty. Come on, just pick up after yourselves, It isn't hard. Here's an idea for you, how about do a bugget camping trip in a tent. You can bring your truck and just sleep in the tent though. That way you could have your cooler and other items like 🪵 wood. Everything looks good n simple n thanks for the cleanup. Only thing is I would use some rubber disposable gloves bc you don’t know what these people have when they handle there stuff. I recently heard that some people urinate on the outdoor grills where people cook over the fire. I know that urine is sterile but just saying. Thanks for the video!

What tires are those on your truck? I have the same exact truck, 2022 Taco SR SX, I want hose tires and how big is your lift kit man?

BFGoodrich KO2 285/75R16 2inch lift in the front 1 inch left in the rear. 1.5inch spacer on the front and some trimming on the plastic inner fender. Hope this helps!
