1:37 JLF stun is a visual bug. substract 100 from the value, and that is actually the stun chance ( 74% in your case). So if nrs would fix this, would be the same as vixen passive fix with %attack instead of %damage boost

He generally has a 74% chance to stun. It is a visual bug. Subtract your current stun chance to 100 you will get your stun chance.

Silver banshee can be used more better with vixen and martian manhunter. MM increse the duration of buff and vixen give extra damage on each buff. I used this team most of the time and almost help me to clean up around 350-400 mil damage. most imp is to active the puppet in 30 secs of countdown and hiting sp3 for rest of 2 mins timer. it gonna work for sure.

They need to fix JLFlash, i know he's not the best but that aint the point. His Stun and stupid extra long tag in time should be small relatively easy fixs i assume. DO IT NRS!

This is just a guess but, I have a feeling the % that matters is the % of armor piercing that the artifact itself has.......since she is not really punching to get her flood dot. BUT, I could easily be wrong. I did put one Epic AP talent on my bwtd for what that's worth.
