I'm a bank teller and really love the idea of your teller slips. I wish these would be readily available in all banks / credit unions for our customers to use.

I think when you have your money put aside and use the credit card. You pull from the envelopes you used from gas and groceries and make a payment within the week while receiving points

Right now we have more month than money so no cash stuffing but the plan is for that to change real soon and in the meantime we’ve figured out all income and expenses and at least know exactly where we stand! This is so great!

Question. Do you only use cash to spend money then? Maybe you explain more at the end for digital expenses. Do you just put the cash back in the bank for things like Amazon prime? This is the part of Zero-based budgeting that can be confusing to me. I mainly shop online.

Hi! I have a question. I’ve been using Dave Ramsey’s envelope system for a month now and then found your page and a lot of what you do I’ve already been practicing but this helps me see more details. I was wondering when you go to Walmart and spend your sinking funds cash say you buy windex (a household item) and then buy a can of tomato soup (groceries) do you make two seperate transactions to keep the exact amount of money in each envelope? Or pay altogether? If altogether how do you keep cash separated?

Please forgive me you have answered his question 1 million times. I’m brand new and my question is once I take all the cash out safe for groceries. Do you continue to track what you spend on groceries as far as writing it down even as much as a candy bar if you’re using cash? Or do you just write down what you buy with your debit card say the candy bar with a debit card? This is such a roadblock for me right now because I went grocery shopping this morning. I took my cash and the first thing on my mind was do I now write down what I just spent on Your Weekly or monthly income paper? I am so confused I’m a complete.😮

Hey i love this video it is so pleasing to look it and also gets me excited to start my budgeting journey! I was wondering though if you don’t have enough money to cash stuff for all of your sinking goals (christmas, gifts, etc..) what do you do? Do you minimize the amount of your goals, try to cut back on bills to meet all your goals or just prioritize what goals is most important or the priority/coming up (ie. christmas over vacation), if anyone could help me out or have any recommendations that would be great!

hello! another question, would you consider selling them in different languages? i have portuguese as my mother language but even though me and my boyfriend speak English, it would be nice to be able to buy them in Portuguese to give as a gift for someone who wants/needs it :)

When you do the biweekly budget, did you split all bills in half? What if your may electric bill is the 3rd and you get paid on the 7th but you put all the bills on each paycheck?

I would love to cash stuff but I don't have a physical bank so it wouldn't work as I cant pay cash into my bank so I have a million pots set up in my bank account, a second bank account and 3 savings accounts which I use instead lol xx

Great video, interesting to see how most of the Caucasian people don't have black tax calculated in their budgets. My budget has items like paying school for my siblings, buidling mom's house, and buying groceries for mom's house including daily needs. By the time i start with my own budget, the money is highly reduced. At this stage, i don't even have the strength to complete the budget. hahah, if some is in my shoes, please share how you go about budgeting.
