Female parakeet looks like she has a look on her face of huge relief. She relaxes so much at the very end she times forward on her head. The other bird coming in to check on her, when she was making sounds of discomfort, to see what was going on. The other bird seemed to comfort her with their interaction, enough to get her the rest of the way. It was nice to see.
Birds actually tend to close their eyes when they're in pain like that, so that was more like her processing the pain of her labour rather than relaxation. Poor little bird, it's a big egg to push out for such a small bird.

Sometimes, parrots never bond with each other, try adding another male in. Just don't add any other females. Try getting a book from library or try researching how to care for budgies on the internet. And also maybe they like each other but they don't have the breeding conditions like: fruits and veggies, cuttlebone, mineral block... Hope this helps!!
